Recognition Confirms JTI’s Commitment to Global Levels of Excellence in the Workplace

JTI (Japan Tobacco International) has once again been officially certified as a Top Employer in Egypt, reaffirming its status as a premier employer that puts people first. This recognition was confirmed during an awards ceremony held in Johannesburg, South Africa. Organisations certified as Top Employers dedicate themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive ‘people-first’ HR practices.
Ayman El-Abbassi, JTI’s General Manager for Egypt, said: “We are very proud that JTI Egypt has gained Top Employer certification for the second year in a row. JTI has also been certified in eight other African countries, meaning the Company retained its elite status of Top Employer Africa, first achieved in 2017.

مُنحت شركةJTI (جابان توباكو انترناشونال) رسميًّا اعتماد "أفضل ربّ عمل" Top Employer في مصر للعام الثاني على التوالي، وهو ما يؤكد المكانة المتميزة التي تحظى بها الشركة كربّ عمل من الطراز الأول، حيث تضع الشركة مواردها البشرية في مقدمة أولوياتها. تمّ تسليم هذا الاعتماد خلال حفل توزيع الجوائز الذي أقيم في مدينة جوهانسبرج بجنوب أفريقيا.
