Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 18 July 2026 – PUMA and AL-HILAL unveil the club’s new 2026/27 Home kit, introducing a design inspired by the stories, symbols and shared identity that have united generations of AL-HILAL players and supporters.

Carrying the campaign narrative “One Crest. One Glory”, the new Home kit celebrates the pride, passion and legacy represented by AL-HILAL crest. Inspired by Saudi Arabia’s natural landscapes, the new design pays tribute to the desert terrain in the Kingdom, reflecting the strength, movement and character that continue to shape the club’s journey.

Inspired by the sweeping movement of Saudi Arabia’s majestic desert dunes, the new Home kit features AL-HILAL’s iconic blue colourway with flowing patterns that mirror the natural rhythm of the landscape. The design transforms the shapes and movement of the dunes into a modern football jersey, celebrating the beauty and strength of the land where the club’s story continues to grow.

More than a matchday jersey, the new Home kit captures the connection between AL-HILAL’s deep heritage and its ambitious future, bringing together the emotions, memories and ambitions shared by the club and its supporters across generations.

Making his highly anticipated UFC debut, undefeated lightweight Magomed "Chanco" Zaynukov (8-0, fighting out of Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia) faces fellow undefeated lightweight Damian Rzepecki (10-0, fighting out of Poland) in a clash of unbeaten prospects. An accomplished Muay Thai fighter, Zaynukov earned his UFC contract with a unanimous decision victory on Dana White's Contender Series and now looks to extend his unbeaten record against the Polish prospect, who has recorded nine finishes in 10 professional victories.

 

Also added to the card is an exciting welterweight contest between Santiago Ponzinibbio (31-9, fighting out of Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Sam Patterson (13-2, fighting out of Watford, England.) Returning to Abu Dhabi for the first time since competing in 2021, Ponzinibbio looks to add another statement victory to his résumé, while Patterson aims to build on his recent momentum after winning four of his last five UFC appearances.

Dubai, 12 June 2026: The recently-concluded Dubai Esports & Games Festival (DEF) showed why it’s one of the region’s leading events in the gaming industry with GameExpo providing a space for females to showcase their skills, participate in tournaments and engage with the wider community.

Thousands attended the festival’s flagship three-day GameExpo - the ultimate gaming playground, with the sector continuing to grow rapidly in the Middle East as DEF continued to promote inclusivity and diversity.

Among the opportunities was the Valorant Championship where a group of Emirati females took to the main stage to compete in the popular game between University of Wollongong and HCT College’s esports team, where they were cheered on by a passionate packed crowd.

 

Also in attendance at the event was Maryam Maher, better known online as Mary or Mary Gaming. She has enjoyed an illustrious career so far with her key accomplishments winning the Valorant Champions in 2022 with her team - G2 Gozen. At that time, the 20-year-old became the first GCC-based female gamer to sign with an international team.

She believes the gaming industry is going from strength to strength and events such as DEF bodes well for the future growth and is confident more women can follow in her footsteps.

She added: “I first started playing games when I was eight-years-old. Back then, there were not as many opportunities as before as there are today and has grown so much.

“There were not as many events. However, seeing events like GameExpo being held is really good as it helps people connect, make new friends and explore more about gaming. Esports is one of the biggest industries and opportunities like these events will help raise more awareness, attract new audiences and tournaments being held – which bodes for the future.”
