Access World Logistics L.L.C. – a joint venture between RHS Group, Dubai and Switzerland-based Access World, inaugurated a state-of-the-art 3rd party logistics & warehousing facility on Wednesday, 09 May 2018 in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. The facility, with a storage capacity in excess of 100,000 freight tons of multiple products, has a 15,200 m2 covered warehouse with Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking systems as well as bulk-stowage space, and air-conditioned (220C’) as well as ambient-temperature warehousing space, plus an open-storage yard of about 7,500 m2. The fast-track project was completed in less than 10 months from the ground-breaking, which was held in July 2017. The logistics company is also in the process of commissioning a 1 MWp roof-top PV Panel system to meet most of its power requirements through solar energy.
The event was attended by dignitaries from DP World, Dubai Customs, the London Metal Exchange, Commercial Bank of Dubai, clients, key members from the logistics fraternity, contractors, consultants, service providers, as well as senior management of Access World & RHS Group. Following the customary ribbon-cutting, the 120 odd guests toured the facility, built over a 40,000 m2 plot, with a total investment of about AED40 million.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr Peter M. Waszkis – CEO, Access World, following which, a felicitation ceremony was held to honour DP World, Dubai Customs, the LME and project engineers/supervisors who managed the high quality and incident-free project.

أكسيس وورلد اللوجستية تفتتج منشأة في جافزا باستثمارات وصلت إلى 40 مليون درهم

افتتحت شركة "أكسيس وورلد" للخدمات اللوجستية ذات المسؤولية المحدودة، وهي مشروع مشترك بين مجموعة "الريس حسن السعدي" الإماراتية في دبي وشركة "أكسيس وورلد" التي تخذ من سويسرا مقراً لها، منشأةً حديثةً لتقديم الخدمات اللوجستية وخدمات التخزين من الطرف الثالث بالمنطقة الحرة لجبل علي. تضمّ المنشأة، التي تملك سعة تخزين تتجاوز الـ 100 ألف طن من مختلف أنواع بضائع الشحن، مستودعاً مغطى تبلغ مساحته 15,200 متر مربع مزوّداً بنظام الرفوف ذات الممرات الضيقة، ومساحةٍ لتخزين البضائع السائبة وبنظام تكييف (22 درجة) بالإضافة إلى مساحة تخزين بدرجة الحرارة المحيطة، وساحةٍ تخزين مفتوحة تبلغ مساحتها 7,500 متر مربع. تمّ استكمال العمل على المشروع في فترةٍ لم تتجاوز العشرة أشهر من تاريخ احتفالية وضع حجر الأساس التي أقيمت في يوليو من عام 2017. وتسعى شركة الخدمات اللوجستية حالياً إلى تشغيل نظام ألواح الطاقة الضوئية الشمسية الذي يركب على الأسطح وبقدرةٍ تبلغ 1 ميجاواط في وقت الذروة، وذلك لتلبية غالبية احتياجاتها من الطاقة من خلال الطاقة الشمسية.
وحضر الفعالية عددٌ من كبار الشخصيات في موانئ دبي العالمية، وجمارك دبي، وبورصة لندن للمعادن، وبنك دبي التجاري، والعملاء، وأعضاءٍ رئيسيين من قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية، والمقاولين، والاستشاريين، ومزودي الخدمات، فضلاً عن أعضاءٍ من الإدارة العُليا في كلٍّ من "أكسيس وورلد" ومجموعة الريس حسن السعدي. قام الضيوف بجولةٍ في المنشأة، التي بُنيت على قطعةٍ أرضٍ تبلغ مساحتها 40 ألف متر مربع، بإستثماراتٍ إجمالية بلغت 40 مليون درهم إماراتي.
