Two-day summit to cover financial regulation and strategy as Kingdom invests for a future without oil

The Summit will focus on the advancement of systems facilitating the Kingdom’s strong legacy of trade, by bridging the gap between CFOs and financial institutions. Now in its fifth year, the Summit enjoys a reputation for being the most influential trade finance event in the Kingdom.
Discussion over the two days will focus on the financial regulations, strategies and trends shaping the Kingdom’s economy. Sessions at the Summit will specifically cover risk mitigation; the digitization of trade finance; modern trade finance trends; Islamic banking; IFRS adoption; VAT implementation and SME development.

Under the Saudi Vision 2030, McKinsey estimates the Kingdom will require investment of $4 trillion in the non-oil economy over the coming 12 years, as part of plans to secure a future after hydrocarbons. If successful, McKinsey reports the strategy is expected to double GDP and generate six million jobs – vital to an economy where two thirds of the population is under the age of 30.

ستغطي القمة على مدى يومين التنظيم المالي واستراتيجية المملكة في الاستثمار في مستقبل ما بعد النفط
الخبر، 6 نوفمبر 2017 – يعود بنك الرياض مرة أخرى هذا العام كواحد من الرعاة البلاتينيين للقمة السنوية الخامسة لتمويل التجارة السعودية التي ستقام بين 14و15 نوفمبر في فندق موفنبيك الخبر في المملكة العربية السعودية. وستقوم شركة "كيو إن إيه إنترناشونال" القائمة في دبي بتنظيم هذا الحدث الحصري في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وستتركز فعاليات القمة على أساليب النهوض بالتقنية الحديثة التي من شأنها مواكبة المركز التجاري القوي للملكة وتسهيل المحافظة على استمراريته وتطويره وذلك من خلال زيادة التوعية والتقريب بين الشركات التجارية والمؤسسات المالية. ومع حلول عامها الخامس، أثبتت القمة أنها من أكثر الأحداث تأثيراً في تمويل التجارة بالمملكة.
ستتناول المناقشات خلال يومي القمة الأنظمة والاستراتيجيات والاتجاهات المالية التي تشكل اقتصاد المملكة من خلال الجلسات التي ستغطي على وجه التحديد قضايا تخفيف المخاطر والتحول إلى تمويل التجارة الرقمي باستخدام التقنية الحديثة، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات المصرفية الإسلامية واعتماد المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية وتطبيق ضريبة القيمة المضافة وتنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم.
وقال نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لخدمات مصرفية الشركات في بنك الرياض محمد أبو النجا: "لقد سارعت المملكة العربية السعودية إلى تبني الابتكارات التي شهدناها مؤخراً لتطوير تمويل التجارة. ومع ذلك، وكما هو الحال في معظم دول العالم، يمكن أن تكون وتيرة التغيير بطيئة نوعاً ما. ولأجل زيادة اعتماد تمويل التجاري الرقمي في المملكة، لا بد من توفير عدد من المتطلبات من بينها النظام البيئي الصحيح وزيادة الوعي بين الشركات عن الحلول المبتكرة ومعالجة المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية، وتعزيز استثمار البنوك والشركات في التجارة الرقمية."
وبحسب ما جاء في "رؤية السعودية 2030"، تقدر مكنزي أن المملكة ستحتاج إلى استثمار 4 تريليون دولار في الاقتصاد غير النفطي على مدى السنوات الـ12 المقبلة كجزء من خطط تأمين مستقبل ما بعد الطاقة. وأضافت مكنزي أنه في حال نجاح المملكة في هذا الشأن فمن المتوقع أن تضاعف استراتيجية رؤية السعودية من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتولد ستة ملايين وظيفة حيوية لاقتصادٍ ثلثي سكانه دون سن الثلاثين.
وأضاف أبو النجا قائلاً: "توفر القمة السعودية لتمويل التجارة منصة مثالية للشركات والمؤسسات المالية لعقد مناقشات إعلامية وتوفير فرص ممتازة لإبرام تفاعلات مثمرة مع الشركات السعودية وعرض منتجات وحلول تمويل التجارة المبتكرة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سنحصل على فرصة ممتازة للتواصل وإجراء حوار بناء مع مختلف المؤسسات المالية والجهات الحكومية ومكاتب اعتماد التصدير وشركات التكنولوجيا في مختلف جوانب تمويل التجارة ".
وستعمل القمة السعودية لتمويل التجارة على توحيد جهود الجهات الحكومية والتنظيمية مع المؤسسات المالية ومقدمي التكنولوجيا وشركات التأمين والشركات الاستشارية كما ستوفر منصة لتبادل المعرفة بأفضل الممارسات التجارية.
بعد عقد القمة في الرياض وجدة في السنوات السابقة، ستستضيف مدينة الخُبر في المنطقة الشرقية هذه القمة للمرة الأولى وهي من أحد مراكز التصدير الهامة في المملكة.
