Unites Arab Emirates- January 25th, 2017- CML is a major player in the laboratory world and the leading distributor of disposables, equipment, furniture and services to medical laboratories in France. CML is a private corporation founded in 1971. CML belongs to asset holding company CML-ID. The group is keen to strengthen the chain of complementarity between its customers, subcontractors and employees.
The group has a production unit, CEB, on a 5,340sqm site in Angers (west of Paris), which has an expertise in the design and manufacture of:
- Medical Devices (MD) and Devices for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) using thermoplastic injection molding
- Blown polyethylene bottles
- Glass Pasteur pipettes
- Original equipment (OEM)
CML-ID acquired laboratory equipment distributor ELVETEC, which has been working with laboratories for more than 65 years. The group doubled its size and CML-ID's offering was enriched with new instrumentation ranges, blood sampling ranges and a Maintenance and Metrology department. This has allowed CML-ID to present laboratories with a highly comprehensive offering.
CML acquired also its partner supplier BIOLEADER®, which manufactures and distributes furniture and fittings for laboratories. In turn, ELVETEC acquired FLD, a distributor of equipment for clinical laboratories.
Thanks to its 30,000sqm logistics hub and a widely recognized logistics expertise, CML-ID is able to provide its customers with logistical services on an outsourcing basis. It can also fulfill the equipment and consumables requirements of Middle-Eastern distributors, not to mention acting as their logistics center in Europe. This enables them to boost their productivity and refocus on their core business. CML-ID has the capacity to manage international transport flows from start to finish with great flexibility and according to the wishes of its customers. CML has been involved in the export business for more than 30 years. It previously seized the opportunity to analyze the research and industrial laboratory market in the Middle East by attending the 2016 edition of ARABLAB and ANALYTICA. الرائدة في السوق الفرنسي للبيولوجيا الإكلينيكية في معرض مدلاب
الإمارات العربية المتحدة- 25 يناير 2017- تعد سيه.إم.إل جهة رئيسية في عالم المختبرات وهي شركة رائدة في مجال توزيع المستلزمات الاستهلاكية والمعدات والأثاث والخدمات الخاصة بالمختبرات الطبية في فرنسا. وقد تم تأسيس شركة سيه.إم.إل الفرنسية الخاصة عام 1971 وهي تتبع مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي القابضة التي تسعى إلى تعزيز سلسلة التكامل بين العملاء ومقدمي الخدمات والموظفين.
جدير بالذكر أن مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي تمتلك وحدة إنتاج تتمثل في شركة سيه.أو.بيه المقامة على مساحة 5340 متر2 في مدينة أنجيه (غرب باريس). وتتمتع هذه الشركة بخبرة في مجال تصميم وتصنيع كل من:
- الأدوات الطبية (MD) وأدوات التشخيص الخاصة بالمختبرات (IVD) حيث يتم التشكيل بنظام حقن البلاسيتيك الحراري
- زجاجات البولي إيثيلين المنفوخ
- سحاحات باستور المصنوعة من الزجاج
- المعدات الأصلية (OEM)
قامت مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي القابضة بالاستحواذ على شركة إيلفيتك المتخصصة في توزيع معدات المختبرات وهي شركة تتعامل مع المختبرات منذ أكثر من خمسة وستين عاماً. ومن ثم تضاعف حجم مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي وزاد تنوع العرض المقدم من خلال طرح سلاسل جديدة من الأدوات وسلاسل لأخذ عينات الدم (BD) وكذا من خلال امتلاك قسم للصيانة والقياس. وبالتالي أصبحت مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي قادرة على تقديم عرض متكامل للمختبرات.
كما قامت شركة سيه.إم.إل بالاستحواذ على شريكها المورد بيوليدر® وهي شركة متخصصة في تصنيع وتوزيع الأثاث والتجهيزات الخاصة بالمختبرات. ومن جهة أخرى قامت شركة إيلفيتك بالاستحواذ على شركة إف.إل.ديه وهي جهة توزيع المعدات الخاصة بالمختبرات الطبية الإكلينيكية.
وبفضل امتلاك منصة لوجستية هامة على مساحة تصل إلى 30.000 متر2 وبفضل خبرتها اللوجستية المشهورة، تستطيع مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي أن تقدم لعملائها خدمات لوجستية بنظام التعهيد (الـoutsourcing).
وهي قادرة على تلبية احتياجات موزعي الشرق الأوسط من المعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية كما يمكنها أن تصبح منصة لوجستية لهم في أوروبا مما يتيح لهم زيادة الانتاجية وإعادة التركيز على نشاطهم الأساسي.
هذا وتستطيع مجموعة سيه.إم.إل-إي.دي إدارة تدفقات النقل الدولي "من البداية الى النهاية " وذلك بمرونة كبيرة ووفقاً لرغبات عملائها. فهي كيان قوي جدير بالثقة حيث يتمتع بإمكانات لوجستية مذهلة إلى جانب خبرة دولية وفريق عمل مؤهل بشكل ممتاز.
