Raodshow to Promote Shares and OPR Opens 2 Days End of March
Cairo 21 March 2016 – In co-operation with Sigma Capital, Catalyst Partners started promoting the initial public offering of 27.6% of MB Engineering shares, equivalent to 5.52 million shares, in Nilex at EGP 5.95 per share at a total of EGP 32.8 million.
Commenting on the IPO, Dr. Ahmed Bahaa, Managing Director of MB Engineering said: “The IPO will allow us to roll-out our strategy, which aims at operational expansions and industrial integration through MB Engineering factory in Sadat City. We intend to cover the Egyptian market, as well as expand to international markets”.
“Through MB Engineering expert team, its exclusive representations of Hager, Samwha and Hyundai – in addition to its own product ‘Beta Electric’, MB Engineering is a leading supplier in the Egyptian market of ‘low voltage electrical supplies’ and part of several gigantic projects”, Bahaa Added.
The roadshow will tour Egyptian governorates to promote the IPO, starting on the 22nd of March in Zagazig, then to Al-Mansoura on the 23rd, followed by Alexandria on the 24th; and finally Sohag on the 27th before the final stop in Cairo on the 29th of March 2016.
Abdelaziz Abdel Nabi, Investment Banking Director at Catalyst Partners, the ‘Listing Sponsor’ said: “ MB Engineering has currently 20 million shares, which we aim to increase to 42 million after completing the capital increase through cash with premium and retained earning turned to free shares”.
From Sigma Capital, Managing Director Mohamed Hammam concluded saying: “This is the first time we promote an IPO in Egypt’s governorates. We are confident that the road-show will encourage investors, especially with the presence of the three teams from MB Engineering, Sigma Capital and Catalyst Partners, who will be available to unveil MB engineering future plans and the objectives of the IPO”
Hammam added “We will start the IPO procedures and OPR as of Wednesday 30 March until Thursday 31 March 2016, as we plan to start trading on 5 April 2016”.
Catalyst Partners is the exclusive ‘Listing Sponsor’ to register MB Engineering in Nilex; while Sigma Capital is IPO Manager; and Mubasher Trade and Arab Online Brokers as assistants to the IPO manager.

كاتليست بارتنرز وسيجما كابيتال يروجان لطرح 27.6% من اسهم ام بي للهندسة في البورصة
حملة ترويجية للسهم في محافظات مصر وتسجيل وتلقي أوامر الشراء حتى نهاية مارس
القاهرة 21 مارس 2016 – بدأت شركة كاتليست بارتنرز بالتعاون مع شركة سيجما كابيتال القابضة في الترويج لطرح 27.6% من أسهم شركة إم بي للهندسة للإكتتاب العام ، تعادل 5,520,000 مليون من اسهم الشركة في بورصة النيل بسعر 5.95 جنيه مصري للسهم وبقيمة اجمالية للطرح 32.8 مليون جنيه .
قال د. أحمد بهاء الدين شلبي ، العضو المنتدب لشركه إم بي للهندسة: " طرح الشركة في البورصة سيساهم في تفعيل استراتيجيتنا في عملية التوسعات التشغيلية والتكامل الصناعي من خلال مصنع أم بي للصناعة في مدينة السادات لتغطية السوق المصري والتوسع كذلك في الاسواق الخارجية ".
وأضاف:" استطاعت إم بي للهندسة من خلال فريق عمل محترف و توكيلاتها الحصرية لشركات هاجر وهيونداي وساموا ، بالاضافة الى منتجها الخاص "بيتا اليكتريك" ان تقود الريادة في مجال صناعة و تجميع وتوزيع المنتجات الكهربائية ذات الجهد المنخفض المرتبطة بشكل مباشرة بالنمو السكاني ".
و ستبدأ حملة الترويج للسهم يوم 22 مارس حيث سيتم زيارة محافظات مصر لعرض الاسهم على العملاء ، بدءاً بالزقازيق في 22 مارس ، ثم المنصورة في 23 مارس ، تليها الاسكندرية في 24 مارس ، و اخيراً سوهاج في 27 مارس ، على ان تنتهي الحمله بمؤتمر في القاهرة في 29 مارس 2016".
