Visa Announces First Winners of DSF Impossible Deals


Dubai, United Arab Emirates: 12 January 2016 - As part of Visa’s ‘Impossible Deals’ promotion for this year’s Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), Visa is offering its cardholders the chance to redeem - on a first come, first served basis - a limited number of fantastic deals on a range of electronics, travel, entertainment, luxury goods and automobiles.  In the first week of DSF, Visa gave its cardholders the chance to win one of two Infiniti Q70 cars – each worth AED161,000 - for just AED25,000 each, 85% off the retail price.
Visa is pleased to announce that the lucky winners of the Infiniti Q70s are Yogesh Kumar Yadav and Mansi Chandekar. Congratulations!
“When I received a call in the evening informing me that I had won the Infiniti Impossible Deal from Visa, I felt like I was on top of the world. I’m getting married in March, and was planning on buying an Infiniti Q40, so to win this deal for a Q70 has been like a more luxurious, pre-wedding gift to me from Visa and Infiniti! I didn’t expect to win; I just thought I would try my luck,” said Yogesh Kumar Yadav.
“I saw the deal on Twitter, and thought ‘why not’? I didn’t have the slightest expectation of winning the deal, so now that I have, the feeling is just wonderful. I am so happy and excited because this is the first time I’ve ever won anything – especially something so luxurious!” stated Mansi Chandekar.

As part of the promotion, Visa will unveil one impossible deal everyday throughout the DSF month, which ends on 1st February 2016. Visa cardholders will have to log on to www.visamiddleeast.com/dsf and follow a simple registration process to enroll in the promotion, after which they will receive daily notifications about the impossible deals on their mobile phones and/or email. Customers will need to respond to the deal notifications for a chance to redeem their prize. Visa believes that it is uniquely positioned to educate shoppers about the convenience and security of electronic payments, while simultaneously rewarding them with value added prizes.
The 'Impossible Deals' promotion is in line with Visa’s effort to enrich the shopping experience for shoppers and enhance the electronic payments ecosystem in the UAE during one of busiest shopping periods in Dubai.
