High-quality programs in government innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, Islamic banking & social media
UAE, September 14, 2015 - Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has launched a series of human capital development courses aimed at producing generations of Arabs who are capable of meeting the needs of the 21st century. The new courses, which will be offered until December of this year, have been designed to provide learners with enriched knowledge and high-level experience on leadership, institutional innovation, change management, entrepreneurship, Islamic banking and social media -- all of which are main pillars driving the Arab World’s development today.
The training courses fall in line with the objectives of UAE Vision 2021 focusing on building a competitive economy by enhancing the knowledge of, and encouraging innovations among, the country’s citizens. They give emphasis on the most crucial issues of government excellence, economic recovery and sustainable development. The programs include ‘The Implementation of Innovative Initiatives through Change Management,’ ‘Using Three-Dimension Approach in Institutional Innovation,’ ‘Skills of 21st Century Leader,’ and ‘Creativity in Entrepreneurship.’
The second round of the professional diploma ‘Innovation Leadership in Governmental Sector’ training program is a major boost to ongoing efforts towards building a generation qualified to lead innovative public initiatives. The course also embodies the objectives of the ‘National Strategy for Innovation’ launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to position the UAE among the most innovative countries in the world by 2021.
As part of its commitment to help make Dubai the capital of the Islamic economy, HBMSU is set to launch the ‘Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ (CIMA) program focusing on Islamic Banking and Takaful. The learners’ digital skills will also be developed through two programs, namely ‘Using Social Media and Its Role in Enriching Education and Interactive Training’ and ‘Using Smart Phone Applications in Providing Information Services in Libraries and Information Centers.’ The university also offers an integrated workshop in the development of effective budgets and costs control, which is aimed at the development of accounting and financial skills of participants in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and government budgets in accordance with international standards of the government sector. The course offering also looks towards identifying the modern financial analysis methods in the areas of analysis and evaluation of projects, with the training of participants on the preparation of the budgets in different ways.

Al Awar pointed out that HBMSU is one of the first academic and educational institutions to respond to the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed of turning Dubai into the future global capital of the Islamic economy. “Today, we are making further progress in our endeavors. We are encouraging our students to make a positive impact on Islamic banking and finance through our valued programs which combine both modern technologies and innovative learning methods for effective transfer of knowledge.”

برامج نوعية لبناء القدرات البشرية في مجال الابتكار الحكومي والإبداع وريادة الأعمال والصيرفة الإسلامية والإعلام الاجتماعي
"جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية" تطلق برامج تدريبية جديدة لتلبية الاحتياجات المحلية والإقليمية من الكوادر المبدعة
الإمارات، 14 سبتمبر، 5201 - أطلقت "جامعة حمدان بن محمّد الذكية" سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية النوعية التي تستهدف بالدرجة الأولى تلبية الحاجة المتنامية محلياً وإقليمياً لبناء قدرات بشرية مبدعة وقادرة على مواكبة التغييرات المتسارعة التي يفرضها القرن الحادي والعشرين. وتتمحور البرامج التدريبية، المستمرة لغاية كانون الأول/ديسمبر المقبل في الحرم الجامعي، حول إثراء المعرفة وتزويد الدارسين بخبرات عالية المستوى في مجال القيادة والإبداع والابتكار المؤسسي وإدارة التغيير وريادة الأعمال والصيرفة الإسلامية والإعلام الاجتماعي، والتي تمثل بمجملها ركائز أساسية لدفع المسيرة التنموية في العالم العربي.
وتم تصميم محفظة البرامج التدريبية استناداً إلى رؤية طموحة تتمثل في دعم الجهود الرامية إلى ترجمة أهداف "رؤية الإمارات 2021" في بناء اقتصاد تنافسي بقيادة كوادر بشرية تتميز بالمعرفة والابتكار. وتتمحور غالبية البرامج التدريبية حول أبرز القضايا المؤثرة في مسيرة التميز الحكومي والنهضة الاقتصادية والتنمية المستدامة، حيث تشتمل على برنامج "تنفيذ المبادرات الابتكارية من خلال إدارة التغيير" و"ثلاثي الأبعاد في الابتكار المؤسسي" و"أسس ومهارات القائد 21" و"الإبداع في ريادة الأعمال".
ويبرز "دبلوم إعداد قادة الابتكار في القطاع الحكومي" في دورته الثانية كأحد أهم البرامج التدريبية المقررة كونه نقلة نوعية على صعيد إعداد جيل مؤهل لقيادة المبادرات الحكومية المبتكرة وتجسيد أهداف "الإستراتيجية الوطنية للابتكار"، التي أطلقها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، لجعل الإمارات ضمن الدول الأكثر ابتكاراً على مستوى العالم بحلول العام 2021.
والتزاماً منها بالمساهمة بفعالية في إنجاح مبادرة "دبي عاصمة الاقتصاد الإسلامي"، تعتزم "جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية" إطلاق شهادة مهنية في المحاسبة الإدارية" (CIMA) مع التركيز على الصيرفة الإسلامية والتكافل. ومن المقرر أيضاً إتاحة المجال أمام الدارسين لتطوير إمكاناتهم بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي، وذلك عبر برنامجي "إستخدام برامج التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها فى إثراء التعليم والتدريب التفاعلي" و"تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في تقديم خدمات المعلومات في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات". كما تطرح الجامعة ورشة عمل متكاملة في وضع الموازنات الفعّالة ورقابة التكاليف التي تهدف إلى تنمية مهارات المشاركين المحاسبية والمالية في إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية والميزانيات الحكومية وفقاً للمعايير الدولية للقطاع الحكومي. وكذلك التعرف على أساليب التحليل المالي الحديث في مجالي التحليل وتقييم المشروعات، مع تدريب المشاركين على إعداد الموازنات بالطرق المختلفة.

وأضاف العور: "تعد "جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية" من أوائل المؤسسات الأكاديمية والتعليمية التي استجابت لتوجيهات سيدي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، في دعم المبادرة الرامية إلى تحويل دبي إلى عاصمة عالمية للاقتصاد الإسلامي. ونسير اليوم قدماً في مساعينا الحثيثة لتأهيل الدارسين لإحداث بصمة إيجابية في مجال التمويل والصيرفة الإسلامية، وذلك عبر برامجنا النوعية القائمة على الدمج بين التكنولوجيا الحديثة وأساليب التعلم المبتكرة."
