Online seminar on whole life costing to feature ETA FM’s top executives

ETA Facilities Management (FM), in collaboration with FM Expo, the only dedicated FM exhibition in the Middle East, has announced that it will hold a free web seminar on whole life costing for FM professionals on May 11, 2015 at 10 a.m. (UAE time). Titled ‘Use of Technology to Measure and Track Assets and Systems’ Whole Life Costing.’ The workshop will be delivered in an online presentation format and will feature ETA FM’s top two executives, namely CEO Dr. Hayan Sayed and Aimad El Habti, Director of Center of Excellence, as the main speakers.
The discussions of both Dr. Sayed and El Habti will center on the benefits of whole life costing for asset owners companies. They will also identify the important variables and costs that should be taken into consideration in order to execute an accurate whole life costing analysis. ETA FM heads will explain how a report with correct data will help firms reduce their medium- and long-term expenses and ensure a better performing building. Furthermore, the lectures will look into Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system and why it is the best available tool to track ongoing costs.
Aimad El Habti said: “Defined as the systematic consideration of the total costs of asset ownership, whole life costing is an integral component of managing a facility. It has many significant long-term benefits that help companies strategically evaluate their various investment options. تستعد شركة "إي. تي. أيه لإدارة المرافق" (ETA FM)، بالتعاون مع "إف. إم. إكسبو" (FM Expo)، المعرض الوحيد المتخصّص في مجال إدارة المرافق في الشرق الأوسط، لإستضافة ندوة مجانية عبر الإنترنت للمتخصّصين في مجال إدارة المرافق تحت عنوان "إستخدام التكنولوجيا لقياس ورصد تكاليف دورة حياة الأصول والأنظمة"، وذلك يوم 11 مايو/أيار الجاري في تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحاً. وسيتم تقديم الندوة على شكل عرض تقديمي إلكتروني بمشاركة كل من الدكتور حيان سيد، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إي. تي. أيه لإدارة المرافق"، وعماد الحبطي، مدير مركز التميّز في الشركة، كمتحدثين رئيسين.
وستتطرّق الندوة إلى المزايا والفوائد العديدة لإدارة تكاليف دورة حياة الأصول، مع التركيز على المتغيّرات والتكاليف التي يجب أخذها بعين الإعتبار لضمان أعلى مستويات الدقّة في تحليل تكاليف دورة الحياة. وسيناقش كل من الدكتور سيد والحبطي أهمية التقارير الدقيقة والصحيحة في مساعدة الشركات في خفض المصاريف المتوسّطة وطويلة الأمد ورفع مستوى الأداء التشغيلي للمباني، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على حلول "إدارة المرافق عبر الكمبيوتر " (CAFM) ودورها الفاعل كإحدى أفضل الأدوات المتاحة لرصد التكاليف.
