The first

Man’oushe
Street, a popular Middle Eastern restaurant chain that serves
traditional, home-styled street food, has revealed the opening of its
first restaurant in Egypt. Located in North Coast, Marassi
Village By Emaar, M Porium Mall, the new restaurant is part of the
first batch of master franchise agreements that the company has
signed with Wadi Degla Holding, a leading global group that has
expressed plans to open 90 new restaurants across five markets,
covering Europe, Egypt and UAE. The first restaurant will soon be
followed by six more restaurants in Egypt, three in Qatar, two each
in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and one in Europe—all before the end of the
year. The chain will
further boost its presence in the UAE with six
more
restaurants in Dubai by 2015. This massive expansion initiative
demonstrates the company’s move to mark its presence across new
areas in the region while also reinforcing its positioning as a
highly preferred dining venue.
According to Man’oushe
Street senior executives, the opening of the initial restaurant in
Egypt under the master franchise agreement with Wadi Degla Holding is
part of the latter’s USD 30 million investment for its local
operations and international expansion until 2019. Wadi Degla Holding
has revealed that they will be opening 35 new Man’oushe Street
restaurants in Europe, covering key areas like Luxembourg, Belgium
and the Netherlands and 50 new restaurants in Egypt. Meanwhile,
another group, which has also signed master franchise agreements with
Man'oushe Street, will be investing AED 4 million for the opening of
five new restaurants in Abu Dhabi in the next four years. Industry
analysts are lauding the signing of these master franchise
agreements, which is expected to play a key role in the expected
growth of the region's fast dining segment.

Master franchise
agreements with Man’oushe Street also include the training of new
employees and the regular supply of all raw materials needed for the
operations of the new restaurants from the central kitchen. Man’oushe
Street will also conduct regular quality audits and inspections to
ensure that these new franchises will continue to maintain the
high-quality of service, food and its facilities that Man’oushe
Street is known for.

التجاري التي تم توقيعها مع مجموعة

والمتمثلة
بإطلاق 90

في
خمس أسواق رئيسية عبر أوروبا ومصر ودولة
الإمارات.
وسيعقب
إفتتاح الفرع الأوّل إطلاق ستة فروع أخرى
في السوق المصرية وثلاثة فروع في قطر
وفرعين في كل من أبوظبي ودبي وفرع آخر في
أوروبا، على أن يتم افتتاحها جميعها قبل
نهاية العام الجاري.
وعلاوةً
على ذلك، تعتزم "شارع
منقوشة"
إضافة
ستة فروع جديدة إلى محفظتها في دبي بحلول
العام القادم، بما يجسّد إلتزام السلسلة

قيمتها الإجماليّة 30
مليون
دولار أمريكي في عملياتها التشغيلية
المحلية وخططها التوسعية الدولية حتى
عام 2019.
وتعتزم
المجموعة إفتتاح 35
فرعاً
جديداً لـ "شارع
منقوشة"
في
أسواق أوروبا الرئيسية، بما في ذلك
لوكسمبورغ وبلجيكا وهولندا، بالإضافة
إلى 50
فرعاً
آخراً في مختلف أنحاء مصر.
وعلاوةً
على ذلك، كانت "شارع
منقوشة"
قد
وقّعت إتّفاقية إمتياز تجاري أخرى
مع مجموعة أخرى،
والتي ستقوم الأخيرة بموجبها بضخ 4
ملايين
دولار أمريكي لإطلاق خمسة فروع جديدة
للسلسلة في أبوظبي خلال السنوات الأربع
القادمة.
وتكتسب
هذه الإتّفاقيات أهميةً كبيرةً حيث من
المتوقّع أن تسهم إلى حد كبير في دفع عجلة
نمو قطاع مطاعم الوجبات السريعة في
المنطقة.
