Airbus to present latest Mission Critical Innovations innovations at GITEX 2019

Airbus’s state-of –the-art secure technology for public-safety and mission-critical users will be in the limelight during this year’s long-awaited information and communication technology event.


Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 02 October 2019 – Airbus a leading provider of secure communications and collaboration solutions will promote its end-to-end mission critical offerings during the GITEX Technology Week from October 6th to 10th.

Airbus will be marking its participation at GITEX Technology Week by highlighting its innovative mission-critical technologies. The company will be presenting its Tactilon Agnet 500; a modern, scalable, and flexible collaboration solution which is ideal for group communications. The Tactilon Agnet 800 application with the Tetra cloud will also be visible, along with Artificial Intelligence applications from Airbus’s SmarTWISP programme.
Tactilon Agnet is a Mission Critical push-to-talk application based on 3GPP standards. It features secure individual or group video, voice, data, and messaging services adapted for mission-critical and public safety use. The solution also allows the incorporation of state-of-the-art Airbus-certified, professional applications allowing options such as facial recognition and licence plate recognition, amongst others.

The company will also be showcasing application demos for the SmarTWISP programme such as the dual authenticator for Tactilon Dabat. This ensures reinforced privacy through anonymous authentication, and features an additional level of security with double-step authentication on the Tactilon Dabat smartphone and on a remote server.

Kodak Alaris Launches New Network Scanning Solutions, Placing Channel Partners on Fast Track to Growth

DUBAI, UAE, 2nd October, 2019 – Kodak Alaris is launching a new wave of network-connected scanning solutions aimed at tackling the most difficult pain points organizations face when onboarding information into line-of-business applications. The Alaris INfuse Smart Connected Scanning Solution and the Kodak Scan Station 730EX Plus Scanner automate business processes by seamlessly connecting document capture to existing business systems and the cloud. Benefits include fewer touchpoints and less human error, making the entire information capture process smarter and more efficient.




The Alaris INfuse Solution integrates directly with enterprise applications and enables customers to carry out tasks in hours which, in the past, may have taken days to complete. INfuse also offers an unprecedented opportunity for channel partners to engage with customers to streamline expensive business processes and quickly grow new revenue streams.




The inspiration for INfuse comes directly from channel partner and end user feedback. The INfuse Solution seamlessly connects to the Alaris partner’s business process and enables end users to onboard content directly into that workflow. BIOS Middle East puts the spotlight on Multi-Cloud during GITEX 2019

BIOS Middle East will be participating at the week-long technology trade show with Cisco, highlighting the benefits of Multi-Cloud environments.

American University in Cairo Moves to Ellucian Cloud

Private, research university moves Banner to the cloud to drive innovation and digital transformation

الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة تنتقل لاستخدام خدمة السحابة من إلوسيان

تنقل الجامعة البحثية الخاصة أنظمة "إلوسيان بانر" إلى السحابة لدفع عجلة الابتكار والتحول الرقمي

ريستون، فيرجينيا- (بزنيس واير/"ايتوس واير"): أعلنت اليوم شركة "إلوسيان"، المزود الرائد للبرمجيات والخدمات في مجال دعم قطاع التعليم العالي، أن الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، وهي أحد عملاء "إلوسيان" منذ عام 1995، قررت نقل أنظمة معلومات الطلبة "إلوسيان بانر" إلى السحابة. ويمثّل نقل الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة أنظمة معلومات الطلبة الخاصة بها إلى السحابة الخطوة الأولى في مهمتها الكبرى المُتمثلة في دفع عجلة الابتكار لتمكين الطلبة من النجاح.
