تروجان القابضة تعلن توسيع برنامج "100 مهندس شاب في تروجان" التدريبية

في ضوء النجاح الكبير الذي حققته المبادرة، قررت اللجنة المنظمة فتح باب البرنامج لـ 100 طالب وطالبة إضافيين من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لهم ليخوضوا تجربة العمل الوظيفي



أبوظبي، 24 ديسمبر 2018: أعلنت شركة تروجان القابضة، إحدى أبرز الشركات الرائدة في مجال المقاولات والإنشاءات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عن تمديد برنامج "100 مهندس شاب في تروجان"، وهي المبادرة المهنية التي أطلقتها الشركة لمنح رواد المستقبل فرصة اكتساب خبرة عملية تمكنهم من اختبار العمل الوظيفي على أرض الواقع ضمن مشاريع الشركة.



وحققت مبادرة برنامج "100 مهندس شاب في تروجان" نجاحاً مبهراً منذ إطلاقها عام 2016 وجاء تنظيمها بالتعاون مع عدد من الجامعات في دولة الإمارات كجامعة الشارقة والجامعة الأمريكية في الشارقة وجامعة الغرير. وفي ضوء النجاح الكبير الذي حققته المبادرة، إلى جانب الإشادة الواسعة من قبل جامعات الدولة والطلبة، قررت اللجنة المنظمة للمبادرة فتح باب البرنامج لـ 100 طالب وطالبة إضافيين من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لهم ليخوضوا تجربة العمل الوظيفي في بعض مواقع العمل ضمن مشاريع شركة تروجان.



وقامت الدفعة الثالثة من الطلاب مؤخراً بزيارة موقع تطوير مشروع ميبل 3 في دبي هيلز، حيث يجري العمل حالياً على بناء 562 فيلا وتم اطلاعهم على مجريات العمل ومختلف مراحل عملية الإنشاءات منذ بداية المشروع وحتى استكماله.



وحصل الطلبة على فرصة خوض تجربة عملية في موقع البناء، مما أعطاهم لمحة واسعة ومفصلة عن الأعمال والمهام اليومية، تعرفوا من خلالها على طبيعة الحياة العملية في قطاع الهندسة الإنشائية، كما وأتاحت لهم نظرة متعمقة إلى مختلف الأدوار الرئيسية للعمل في المشروع. وقد فاز سبع طلاب بمنحة تدريبية لمدة ستة أسابيع في مقر شركة تروجان القابضة عقب نجاحهم في مسابقة ودية بين الطلاب.



وتسعى شركة تروجان القابضة اليوم إلى توسيع المبادرة التعليمية للعام الرابع وتهدف إلى عقد اتفاقات مع المزيد من الجامعات لاستقبال المزيد من المواهب وخبرات المستقبل في دورة البرنامج التالية.



يشرف على هذه المبادرة المهندس حمد العامري، العضو المنتدب لشركة تروجان القابضة بشكل مباشر، وذلك نابع من إدراكه لأهمية إعداد جيل الشباب وإكسابهم الخبرات اللازمة لبناء مستقبل الدولة، كما أنه ملتزم بمساعدة الشباب على تطوير كفاءاتهم وزيادة خبراتهم العملية.

وأضاف: "يعتبر برنامج "100 مهندس شاب في تروجان" وسيلة مهمة للطلبة تساعدهم على اكتساب الخبرة العملية وتطبيق النظريات العلمية التي حصلوا عليها من الدراسة الجامعية ليتقدموا إلى الأمام بثقة وطموح متسلحين بالمعرفة والإبداعية. لأن الخبرة العملية ليست أفضل وسيلة للتعلم فحسب، بل إنما توفر لهم نظرة ثاقبة ومتعمقة نحو الفرص المهنية المتاحة في قطاع الهندسة الإنشائية لمرحة ما بعد التخرج."



وأعرب في ختام كلمته عن سعادته بتوسيع البرنامج هذ العام، وأكد على أهمية الشراكات التعاونية مع جامعات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الرائدة والتي ساهمت بشكل فاعل في تحقيق هذه المبادرة ونجاحها.

Abu Dhabi, UAE. December 23, 2018 - The spirit and significance of Christmas in the heart of every Filipino, wherever they may be in the world, is like pulling rabbits from hats - it’s magic. Nochebuena is a Spanish word which literally means “the Good Night.” In the Philippines, the evening consists of a traditional family dinner. Last 18th December 2018, Her Excellency Hjayceelyn Quintana, the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Philippines to the United Arab Emirates, hosted a Noche Buena at her residence to relive the tradition and taste the culture that is uniquely Filipino.

“As the third largest expatriate group in the UAE, Filipinos wish to share its culture to the UAE public. Christmas is the part of year where Filipino culture and traditions are in full display. The night before Christmas, families and friends gather around the dinner table to partake of the “Noche buena” meal composed of succulent and festive dishes. These old recipes provide a nostalgic feeling especially to the Filipinos abroad who are far away from their loved ones.” said Ambassador Quintana.




Here are seven (12) top dishes that shouldn’t be missed during a Filipino feast:




1. ALMONDIGAS

A soup dish that has two main ingredients: meatballs and patola (also known as loofa or Chinese okra).






2. LUMPIA FRESH

A Filipino vegetable dish composed of different vegetables with a soft (unfried) wrapped garnished with sweet sauce and crushed peanuts




3. MACARONI SALAD

An easy pasta salad that is a mix of elbow pasta mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and relish. Other ingredients may be added such as pineapple, carrots, fruits, or chicken, with a creamy and tangy dressing.




4. QUEZO DE BOLA

a semi-hard cheese that originated in the Netherlands, and is named after the town of Edam in the province of North Holland. Edam is traditionally sold in rounded cylinders with a pale yellow interior and a coat, or rind, of red paraffin wax.




5. LENGUA ESTOFADO

A type of ox tongue stew. The tongue was made very tender and cooked with tomato, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.




6. EMBUTIDO (Filipino Meatloaf)

A type of meatloaf wrapped around slices of eggs and sausages




7. SPAGHETTI

Filipino-style spaghetti pasta with a sweet tomato-based sauce with lots of meat ingredients




8. ROAST CHICKEN

A marinated chicken, stuffed with lemongrass and bay leaves and roasted until juicy.

9. BIKO WITH LATIK

A type of sticky rice cake popular in the Philippines, garnished with latik (cooked coconut milk residue) on top.




10. BIBINGKA

A type of rice cake native to the Philippines. This is traditionally made from galapong (milled glutinous rice), coconut milk, margarine, and sugar. A special clay oven known as “Bibingka oven” is needed to bake this rice cake.




11. TURON

Philippine snack made of thinly sliced bananas, dusted with brown sugar, rolled into a spring roll wrapper, and fried. Other fillings can also be used.




12. FRUIT SALAD



A dish consisting of various kind of fruits, sometimes served in a liquid, either on their own juices or a syrup. When served as an appetizer or dessert, a fruit salad is sometimes known as a fruit cocktail or fruit cup.

6th IoT Middle East confirmed for 2019

Event to be held at Armani Dubai extended by an additional day
