إنفور تستحوذ على شركة مصرية وتستعرض نموها وتوسعها في الشرق الأوسط

والمستمر لأعمالها في أرجاء المنطقة

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 14 مارس 2017: أعلنت اليوم «إنفور» Infor، الشركة العالمية الريادية في تطوير تطبيقات أعمال مصممة خصيصاً لبيئة الحوسبة السحابية، عن استحواذها على «أكسينتيا الشرق الأوسط»، أحد شركاء «إنفور» المعروفين في منطقة الهند والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. ومن شأن عملية الاستحواذ على «أكسينتيا الشرق الأوسط» أن تعزز إلى حدّ كبير حضور «إنفور» في خضم النمو المطرد لأعمالها في أرجاء المنطقة. وكانت «إنفور» قد أعلنت في يوليو 2016 عن منطقة أعمال مخصصة لكلّ من الهند والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وذلك على هامش أعمال «إنفورم»، مؤتمر المستخدمين الذي تنظمه الشركة العالمية سنوياً.

وتعمل «أكسينتيا الشرق الأوسط» انطلاقاً من العاصمة المصرية ويعمل لديها نحو 80 مختصاً، وتدير الشركة مكاتب إضافية في كل من دبي (الإمارات) وجدّة (السعودية) والدار البيضاء (المغرب) وبونا (الهند). وتملك «أكسينتيا الشرق الأوسط» قاعدة عملاء في 17 بلداً على نطاق المنطقة، وهي متخصصة في بيع ونشر حلول Infor M3، حزمة حلول مركزية لتخطيط موارد المؤسسات مصممة للشركات متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم في قطاعات الصناعة والتوزيع والمعدات.

كما أعلنت اليوم «إنفور» عن نتائج أعمال قياسية للنصف الأول من السنة المالية 2017، ويتسق هذا الاعلان تماماً مع تقرير صدر مؤخراً عن المؤسسة البحثية المتخصصة «ماركتس أند ماركتس»، حيث يتوقع معدّو التقرير أن تتضاعف قيمة سوق تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية في الشرق الأوسط نحو ثلاث مرات لتبلغ قرابة 2.4 مليار دولار في عام 2020 مقارنة بنحو 888 مليون دولار في عام 2015.

يُذكر أن «إنفور» بدأت منذ نحو عام بتعزيز استثمارها في منطقة الهند والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا عبر زيادة حضورها المباشر في المبيعات والخدمات والدعم وعدد آخر من المهام. ويُذكر أيضاً أن طارق تامان قاد من قبل وحدة حلول رأس المال البشري HMC العالمية، وهو يقود اليوم أعمال «إنفور» بمنطقة الهند والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا انطلاقاً من مقرّ الشركة الإقليمي بدبي، وأسهم تامان في تعزيز نمو اشتراكات ورُخص حلول «إنفور» بمعدل يُقاس بثلاث خانات في أنحاء المنطقة خلال السنة الماضية. وينصبّ تركيز حلول «إنفور» في منطقة الهند والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا على قطاعات مهمة مثل التصنيع والتوزيع والتجزئة والفندقة إلى جانب الرعاية الصحية.

SWIFT announces Business Forum Egypt in Cairo on 20 March 2017 under patronage of Central Bank of Egypt

Cairo, 14 February 2017 – SWIFT will host the first Business Forum Egypt in Cairo on 20 March 2017 under the patronage of the Central Bank of Egypt. The event brings together senior representatives from Cairo’s banking and financial industry to discuss the most significant issues facing the region.

His Excellency Tarek Amer, Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt, said: “The SWIFT Business Forum offers an ideal opportunity to discuss the most important issues faced by Egypt’s financial community in an era of change. As we continue to reform the banking sector, it is critical to remain an integral part of the global community, supporting compliance with local and international regulatory best practice and driving innovation in our products and services. The event will provide a forum during which our banking community can address these opportunities together.”

The agenda focuses on the key challenges and opportunities facing Egypt's financial community. Discussions with leading industry speakers alongside SWIFT experts, regulators and policy makers will focus on Egypt’s economic outlook, compliance, de-risking, fintech, innovation and cyber risk in an interconnected world.

إقبال متزايد على تكنولوجيا وتقنيات كارشر للتنظيف في مصر

أقيم حفل تكريم الطلاب المصريين المتفوقين باختبارات كامبردج الدولية ليلة أمس بالتعاون مع المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، منح الفائزين جوائز الطلاب المتفوقين في مصر والعالم. وقد أقيم الحفل في السفارة البريطانية في القاهرة وحضره سعادة سفير المملكة المتحدة في مصر.

وتحتفي جوائز كامبردج بإنجازات الطلاب المصريين الأكاديمية والنتائج المتميزة التي حصلوا عليها في دورتي اختبارات يونيو ونوفمبر لعام 2016. و قد حضر الحفل سعادة وزير التربية و التعليم الدكتور طارق شوقي و عدد من المسؤولين الكبار بإختبارات كامبردج الدولية و المجلس الثقافي البريطاني.
