هيلتون العالمية تعرّف طلاب كلية لوريت في جدة على الخيارات المهنية في قطاع الضيافة

اطلع أكثر من 90 طالبًا على الفرص التي توفرها هيلتون العالمية ضمن شبكة مرافقها في قطاع الضيافة في السعودية

تعد الزيارة جزءاً من برنامج مسؤولية الشركة الذي أطلقته هيلتون العالمية بعنوان "الشهر العالمي للخدمة"

السعودية 4 ديسمبر 2016: أطلقت هيلتون العالمية، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الضيافة، من خلال مكاتبها في المملكة العربية السعودية، مبادرة للتواصل مع الطلاب واطلاعهم على امتيازات العمل في مجال الضيافة والتي تشمل السفر حول العالم بأسعار مخفضة، وإمكانية الحصول على فرص عمل متنوعة في هذا المجال، والارتقاء بالسلم الوظيفي بسرعة مقارنة بالمجالات الأخرى.

سبعة أعضاء من فريق العمل في شركة هيلتون العالمية في السعودية، قد توجهوا بالزيارة إلى كلية لوريت في مدينة جدة، حيث تواصلوا مع الطلاب وعرفوهم على خيارات العمل والامتيازات التي تضمنها لهم الشركة في مجال الضيافة

وعقد فريق هيلتون سلسلة من حلقات النقاش والندوات وأجابوا على استفسارات الطلاب الذين تعرفوا على الفرص المتاحة في قطاع الضيافة، ابتداءً من فرص التدريب في الشركة، وصولًا إلى العمل في المناصب الإدارية.

وتأتي هذه الزيارة كجزء من برنامج مسؤولية الشركة  الذي أطلقته شركة هيلتون العالمية تحت عنوان "الشهر العالمي للخدمة"، وضمن إطار هذه المبادرة تتواصل سلسلة الفنادق العالمية والمكاتب الإقليمية التابعة لها مع المجتمعات في أكثر من 100 بلد في جميع أنحاء العالم خلال شهر أكتوبر من كل عام.

وبهذه المناسبة، صرّح السيد فواز مؤمنة، المدير الإقليمي للموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية: "نحن سعداء للغاية بهذه المبادرة التي تقوم على التواصل المباشر مع مجموعة من الطلاب الطموحين، والذين أبدوا اهتمامًا هائلًا للتعرف على المجموعة الواسعة من الوظائف المتاحة والخيارات المهنية في هذه الصناعة الرائعة.

وأضاف: "من خلال زيارتنا للكلية، عرضنا على الطلاب بعض الامتيازات التي يضمنها العمل لدى مجموعة هيلتون العالمية، مثل فرصة السفر حول العالم بأسعار مخفضة. ورداً على استفسارات الطلاب حول إمكانية التطور والنمو في هذا المجال الوظيفي، قدمنا لهم نموذجاً عن أحد زملائنا الذي بدأ بالعمل كساعٍ في الفندق، ثم تتطور تدريجياً إلى أن تولّى منصب المدير العام لأحد فنادقنا. نحن نؤمن أنه لا يوجد أي حدود للتقدم في مجال العمل، طالما كان الشخص على استعداد للتعلم والتطور".

وركّز البرنامج على الفرص المتاحة والمتوفرة في فنادق هيلتون في ستة من مدن المملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تتضمن مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة وجدة وتبوك والرياض والظهران، بالإضافة إلى استعراض خطط التوسع المستقبلية للشركة في السعودية.

وخلال هذا الزيارة، تعرّف الطلاب على العلامات التجارية التابعة لمجموعة هيلتون العالمية في المملكة، والتي تتنوع أعمالها بين تقديم خدمات الرفاهية والخدمات الكاملة والخدمات المركزة. كما اطلع الطلاب على الفنادق التابعة للمجموعة في المملكة، والتي تشمل علامات والدورف أستوريا، وكونراد، وفنادق ومنتجعات هيلتون، ودوبل تري من هيلتون، وهيلتون جاردن إن. كما تم تسليط الضوء على جامعة هيلتون العالمية التي يستطيع أعضاء فريق العمل الانضمام إليها.

وأضاف السيد مؤمنة: "يعد توطين الوظائف " وتوفير فرص العمل للمواطنين في الدولة من أبرز أولوياتنا في الوقت الحاضر. ونحن في الوقت الحالي نشهد مرحلة تطور في المملكة العربية السعودية، ونطمح إلى ضم أكبر عدد من الشباب الموهوبين. أبوابنا وقلوبنا مفتوحة للجميع، ونرحب بجميع الطلاب الراغبين بالانضمام إلينا".

وتشكل مبادرة "الشهر العالمي للخدمة" جزءاً من الاستراتيجية العالمية الكبرى المخصصة للشباب من شركة هيلتون العالمية. وتهدف المبادرة التي أطلقت في 2014 إلى التأكيد على الالتزام بالتواصل  مع مليون شاب على الأقل مع حلول عام 2019 من خلال مساعدتهم على إطلاق كامل طاقاتهم. وتتمثل الأهداف الثلاثة الرئيسية بفتح الأبواب أمام الشباب وتعريفهم على عالم السفر، وإعدادهم للنجاح في هذا القطاع من خلال تأهيلهم عن طريق البرامج التدريبية، وتوظفيهم بشكل مُباشر في كافة المجالات ضمن قطاع الضيافة.

“Albaddad Capital” signs expansion agreement with National Industries Park ” with storage capacity reaches 2 million square meter

خلال معرض الزفاف في فندق القصر عجمان

مصمم الأزياء العالمي المعروف وليد عطا الله سوف يجعل القلوب تخفق بشدة خلال معرض الزفاف فيي فندق القصر عجمان بمجموعته الرائعة من فساتين الزفاف. سوف يقوم وليد بعرض أحدث مجموعاته من ملابس العرس للربيع والصيف في عرض أزياء حصري يقام في الفندق في 11 يناير 2017. سوف يكون هذا هو أول عرض له في عجمان، ويتم تنظيم المعرض بالتعاون مع دائرة عجمان للتنمية السياحية. وتجمع الأمسية المبهرة بين أكبر الشخصيات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة بما في ذلك العديد من الشخصيات المشهورة في المنطقة.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، 04 نوفمبر 2016: تسعى شركة "أروبا"، إحدى شركات هيوليت باكارد إنتربرايز HPE، إلى تعزيز النجاح الذي حققته في السنة المالية 2016 في مصر من خلال تنفيذ استراتيجية نمو طموحة خلال العام المقبل، فقد شهدت أعمال الشركة في السوق المصرية نمواً ونجاحاً مميزاً خلال السنة المالية 2016 وهي تتطلع إلى تعزيز هذا النجاح مستقبلاً خصوصاً مع حصولها على مجموعة من العملاء رفيعي المستوى في قطاعات الرعاية الصحية والضيافة والحكومة والتعليم. كما تعمل الشركة أيضاً على تنفيذ شبكة اتصالات لاسلكية واسعة النطاق في مدينة زويل للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، لتمكين المؤسسة التعليمية من الاستفادة من الأجهزة الشخصية ضمن بيئة العمل (أو ما يسمى بالـ BYOD) بهدف تعزيز الابتكار في العملية التعليمية. وبعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ الشبكة اللاسلكية، ستوفر مدينة زويل قدرات اتصال واسعة للطلاب والمدرسين والعاملين في المدينة، كما ستتمكن المؤسسة التعليمية من توفير أدوات مميزة للتعليم الإلكتروني من خلال الأداء العالي الذي تتمتع به شبكة "أروبا" اللاسلكية بحيث يمكن للطلاب الوصول إلى أدوات التعليم هذه بكل سهولة من خلال أجهزتهم الجوالة الخاصة.

وقال السيد أحمد فتحي، مدير المبيعات في "إتش بي إي أروبا" مصر: "وفقاً لآخر التوقعات من مؤسسة الأبحاث "آي دي سي"، فإن سوق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في مصر ستحقق نمواً كبيراً يصل إلى 8.95 مليار دولار في 2016، مع توقع المؤسسة بزيادة هذا النمو ليصل إلى 10.32 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2019. ومن المتوقع أيضاً أن يلعب قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات دوراً فعالاً في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي في مصر في السنوات القادمة. ومع تنفيذ الرؤية والاستراتيجية الخاصة بقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات 2020، سيبدأ القطاعين العام والخاص بالتأكيد بتبني أحدث الابتكارات التقنية التي ستوفرها أبرز شركات التقنية العالمية".

وأضاف السيد فتحي بالقول: "مع التطورات التي تشهدها توجهات التقنيات الجوالة واستخدام الأجهزة الخاصة في بيئات العمل، ستكون شركة أروبا بالتعاون مع شركائها على استعداد تام لتلبية كافة متطلبات هذه التوجهات في توفير بيئة عمل معتمدة على الاتصالات اللاسلكية بشكل كامل والتي تدعم استخدام الأجهزة الشخصية BYOD بشكل آمن وموثوق للغاية، بما يتيح تواصلاً أكبر ومزيداً من تطبيقات الأعمال الجوالة في أماكن العمل. ومع إطلاق البرنامج الجديد سيتمكن الشركاء من العمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء في مصر للاستفادة بشكل أكبر من فرص الأعمال الهائلة في المستقبل".

وقد استضافت الشركة في 14 نوفمبر مؤتمراً خاصاً في فندق الفور سيزونز القاهرة في نايل بلازا للإعلان عن إطلاق برنامج Partner Ready for Networking، الذي سيمكّن الشركاء في مصر من الاستفادة من سوق التقنيات الجوالة المزدهر ومساعدتهم على البقاء ضمن حيّز المنافسة في بيئة العمل العالمية التي تركز على التقنيات الجوالة أولاً. ومع تركيزه بشكل كبير على الشبكات، سيقدم البرنامج الجديد للشركاء الأرباح التي يتوقعونها، مع سهولة أكبر في تنفيذ الأعمال والاستفادة المثلى من مزايا الشبكات الجوالة.

ومع استحواذ شركة هيوليت باكارد على أروبا خلال العام الماضي، أعلنت الشركتين عن دمج برامج قنوات التوزيع الخاصة بالشبكات والتي تقدمها كل من هيوليت باكارد إنتربرايز وأروبا في برنامج شركاء واحد ومميز يقدم مجموعة واسعة من المزايا مثل التخفيضات بحسب مستوى العضوية، وبرامج الحوافز بحسب مجالات التخصص، وسهولة الاستخدام عند تسجيل الصفقات بالإضافة إلى قابلية أكبر للتنبؤ بحجم الإيرادات. ولمساعدة الشركاء على الوصول بسهولة إلى كافة ابتكارات وأدوات أروبا الخاصة بالشبكات، تم إطلاق موقع خاص ببرنامج Partner Ready for Networking على منصة Partner Ready التي توفرها الشركة.

ومع تركيز شركة أروبا جهودها على القطاعات الرئيسية مثل الحكومة والضيافة والرعاية الصحية والتعليم وتجارة التجزئة والتمويل، ستكون قنوات التوزيع هي المفتاح لنجاح الشركة في تعزيز أعمالها ضمن هذه القطاعات. وهي مستمرة أيضاً في تنفيذ برامج التدريب اللازمة ومنح الشهادات في مصر من خلال شركائها في التدريب. كما أنها حريصة بشكل دائم على تعزيز مستوى أعمالها في السوق المصرية وتخطط لمزيد من حملات التسويق والمشاركة في أبرز الفعاليات والمؤتمرات المتعلقة.
