Key sessions on breakthroughs in personnel management, public sector awards, and much more scheduled for two-day power-packed conference
Abu Dhabi, 25thOctober, 2016— Dubai based QnA International will host the 4thannual GOV HR Summit at the Emirates Palace Hotel, Abu Dhabi. The by-invite Summit will be attended by senior level officials, Director Generals, Chief Human Resource Officers, Group VP HR from Ministries, Government, Semi-government and Public sector organizations.
Organized around the theme of “Creating a Breakthrough in People Performance”, The 2 day conference and one day master class is the only GCC focused event bringing together leading HR leaders from the government, public sector and quasi government organizations from the GCC to share regional best practices on achieving happiness, automation of HR, talent strategy operations, engagement and productivity, digital transformation and adapting to change, capability gap, workforce optimization, attracting Arab women into the workforce, competency and performance management, and other indispensable topics. The two-day conference will be followed by the prestigious GCC GOV HR Awards on 26 October. Providing an opportunity to gain more knowledge and insight, the Summit will host a masterclass on 27thOctober led by Dr. Linda Holbeche who was listed as one of the “Top 40 Power Players in Personnel” by Personnel Today since 2000 and amongst the top 10 “HR Most Influential Thinkers” by HR Magazine since 2008. The topic of the masterclass is “Creating a culture of employee engagement through developing engaging managers and leaders.”

جلسات نقاشية حول الابتكار في ادارة شؤون الموظفين وحفل توزيع جوائز المتميزين في القطاع العام على مدار يومين متتاليين
(ابوظبي، 24 اكتوبر 2016) – تستضيف شركة "كيو ان ايه انترناشونال" اعمال القمة الحكومية للموارد البشرية السنوية الرابعة في فندق قصر الإمارات في العاصمة ابو ظبي ابتداءً من يوم 25 اكتوبر وعلى مدار يومين. القمة الحصرية سيحضرها كبار المسؤولين والمدراء ورؤساء الاقسام في مجال الموارد البشرية من مختلف القطاعات الحكومية والوزارات ومؤسسات الدولة في دول الخليج العربي.
تقام القمة هذا العام تحت شعار "خلق الابتكار في اداء الموظفين"، وعلى مدار يومين متتاليين لتقدم العديد من الجلسات النقاشية والحوارية في مجال الموارد البشرية الحكومي، تليها جلسة حوارية حصرية ومبتكرة في اليوم الثالث، اضافة الى اقامة حفل تكريم وتوزيع جوائز (الموارد البشرية في القطاع الحكومي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) الاول والذي يهدف الى تكريم المساهمات البارزة وإنجازات الحكومات و منظمات الأعمال والأفراد في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في قطاع الموارد البشرية. كما ستقدم القمة العديد من المعلومات والنصائح حول مقدرة بعض الشركات المحافظة على مواقعها في الطليعة دائما بخاصة في هذه الاوقات الديناميكية.

في اليوم الثاني من القمة سيقام حفل توزيع جوائز (الموارد البشرية في القطاع الحكومي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي) الذي يكرم المساهمات البارزة وإنجازات الحكومات و منظمات الأعمال والأفراد في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، والتي رفعت معايير اداء الموظفين في مؤسساتهم وبمختلف أنحاء المنطقة.
وبهدف توفير فرصة للحضور لاكتساب المزيد من المعرفة والاطلاع، تقدم القمة جلسة حوارية رئيسية وحصرية يوم 27 اكتوبر تحت عنوان "خلق ثقافة ارتباط الموظف بالعمل من خلال تنمية ارتباط المدراء والقياديين" تقدمها الدكتورة ليندا هولبيشي، التي صنفت كاحدى افضل 40 شخصية في مجال شؤون الموظفين من قبل جوائز "بيرسونال توداي" عام 2000، كما صنفت كواحدة من اكثر 10 مفكرين تأثيرا في مجال الموارد البشرية والتي منحتها مجلة "اتش ار" عام 2008.
