Global digital content marketplace launches game-changing new Content as a Service Platform

Content remains king as allrites unveils the future of the company with the introduction of its new CaaS platform

Global content marketplace allrites has today announced the launch of its groundbreaking Content as a Service Platform, otherwise known as CaaS. A revolutionary way of buying and selling content, it’s the first company in the film and TV industry to create a subscription licensing model that is tailored to the way content is consumed today.  CaaS dramatically reduces upfront content acquisition costs whilst offering flexibility in licensing terms.    CaaS also empowers producers and distributors to more effectively monetise their catalogue with recurring revenues.

Founded in 2017, the allrites marketplace enables B2B users to discover, buy, and sell the most entertaining content across a broad spectrum of film, television, animation, documentary, performance and sporting material.

This announcement comes on the back of the company's efforts to revolutionise the industry by creating a marketplace for the licensing and acquisition of global original and indie film and television content. Users of the CaaS platform have the flexibility to change the selection of content and rotate in new titles, based on audience, seasonality and other factors. allrites CaaS works with OTT/streaming, connected TV, media (broadcast and digital), and cable. It has also generated traction with IPTV/ISP/Mobile/Telco businesses that are looking to acquire content and uncover the next big movie or TV show.

In addition to appealing to buyers, CaaS provides content sellers with a way to showcase and monetise their content through allrites’ trusted buyers from across the globe. Sellers include studios, indie productions, distributors, and a range of other rights holders, who utilise the service by freely showcasing content on the marketplace.

Commenting on the next stage of allrites, Founder and CEO Riaz Mehta said:

allrites has created a licensing model that is tailored to the way audiences consume content.  Our goal is to make content acquisition time and cost-effective for broadcast platforms while generating more revenue for creators, helping to uncover untapped talent and discover the next big thing in movies and television. We hope our new CaaS service will transform content licensing at a similar scale to how Netflix changed content viewership behaviours.”
