With ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) being a top priority sustainability factor and standard practice, Saad has been overseeing energy transition, decarbonization, and accelerating energy-as-a-service provided to customers, through which he gained an organic understanding of corporate strategies, the core process, and connections through businesses to evaluate how far advanced they are with sustainability.
As a seasoned business leader, Saad possesses a great combination of deep consumer knowledge across many countries, which is a great addition to contribute in developing Signify’s strategy in building a customer-centric organization and expanding local-for-local capabilities, also developing, and delivering differentiated lighting products through multiple distinctive brands.

Saad holds a master’s degree in business administration from the American University School of Management. He also participated in the Executive Education programs at London Business School (LBS) and INSEAD.

القاهرة: - أعلنت سيجنفاي، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الإضاءة، تعيين محمد سعد في منصب الرئيس والمدير التنفيذي لمنطقة شمال شرق إفريقيا. وقد شغل سعد عددًا من المناصب التنفيذية في الأعمال التجارية والتحول الرقمي وتطوير الاستراتيجيات والأعمال والموارد البشرية على مدى أكثر من 22 عامًا.
وحيث أن الأداء البيئي والاجتماعي والحكومي، هو من أهم الأولويات في تقييم استدامة الشركات، فقد تولى سعد خلال سنوات عمله الإشراف على عمليات التحول في مجال الطاقة وتقليل البصمة الكربونية وتسريع استخدام الطاقة لتلبية احتياجات العملاء، والتي اكتسب من خلالها المعرفة الأساسية باستراتيجيات الشركات والعمليات الرئيسية والعلاقات عبر الشركات، لتقييم مدى تقدمها فيما يتعلق بالاستدامة.
ومن خلال خبرته الواسعة في إدارة الأعمال، يتمتع سعد بمعرفة عميقة ومفصلة بطبيعة المستهلكين عبر العديد من البلدان، بما يمثل قيمة مضافة في تطوير استراتيجية سيجنفاي في بناء مؤسسة تركز على العملاء، وتوسيع القدرات لخدمة الأسواق المحلية وكذلك تطوير وتقديم منتجات إضاءة فريدة من نوعها من خلال العديد من العلامات التجارية المميزة.

وسعد حاصل على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال وشهادة البكالوريوس من كلية الإدارة بالجامعة الأمريكية. كما أنه شارك في برامج التعليم التنفيذي في كلية لندن للأعمال والمعهد الأوربي لإدارة الاعمال (إنسياد).
