VFS Global has announced that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the Jazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to provide end-to-end visa and passport concierge services. Moving forward, the Chamber’s members will benefit from the availability of these services on its premises, providing ease, convenience and ensuring they do not have to visit a Visa Application Centre.
Mr Ahmad M. Abo Hadi, Chairman of Jazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mohammed Shahid Alam, Consul General of India in Jeddah inaugurated the office on 8 June 2021 in the presence of Mr Sumanth Kapoor, Regional Head – KSA, Bahrain and Oman, VFS Global.
During the inauguration ceremony, Mr Ahmad M. Abo Hadi, Chairman of Jazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry said, “We are happy that we can rely on VFS Global to ensure our members receive safe and secure passport and visa services they need all within the premises.”
Services provided through VFS Global Visa & Passport Services office include:
- 1. Indian passport renewal – application form filling assistance, form submission and collection of renewed passport.
- 2. Philippine passport renewal – application form filling assistance, form submission and collection of renewed passport.
- 3. Doorstep Visas Services – application form filling assistance, form submission and biometric enrollment. This service is applicable to Schengen and UK visa applicants and can be availed at the premises or at any other location of choice, such as employee’s residence.
VFS Global provides a range of optional services, including travel insurance, COVID-19 test booking and document scanning, all of which will also be available to members from Sunday to Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm.

أعلنت شركة «في إف إس غلوبال» توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع غرفة جازان بالمملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم خدمات التأشيرات الشاملة وتجديد جوازات السفر. وتنص الاتفاقية، على تقديم هذه الخدمات في مقر الغرفة، لتعزيز راحة وسلامة العاملين فيها، دون الحاجة لزيارة مركز تقديم طلبات الحصول على التأشيرة.
وجرى الحفل الرسمي بتاريخ 08/06/2021، بحضور السيد أحمد محمد أبو هادي، رئيس غرفة جازان، وسعادة محمد شهيد علم، قنصل عام الهند في جدة، والسيد سومانث كابور، رئيس «في إف إس غلوبال» في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين وعُمان، حيث تم افتتاح مكتب خدمات التأشيرات والجوازات في مقر غرفة جازان.
وقال السيد أحمد محمد أبو هادي، رئيس غرفة جازان خلال حفل الافتتاح: "يسعدنا التعاون مع في إف إس غلوبال لضمان حصول فرق العمل في الغرفة، على جوازات سفر وتأشيرات آمنة ومضمونة في مقرات العمل العائدة للغرفة".
وتشمل الخدمات المقدمة من خلال مكتب الجوازات والتأشيرات التابع لـ «في إف إس غلوبال»، ما يلي:
- 1- تجديد جواز السفر الهندي - المساعدة في ملء استمارة الطلب، وتقديم النموذج واستلام جواز السفر المجدد.
- 2- تجديد جواز السفر الفلبيني - المساعدة في ملء استمارة الطلب، وتقديم النموذج واستلام جواز السفر المجدد.
- 3- خدمة التأشيرة على عتبة منزلك - المساعدة في ملء استمارة الطلب وتقديم الاستمارة وتسجيل البيانات البيومترية. وتنطبق هذه الخدمة على المتقدمين للحصول على تأشيرة شنغن والمملكة المتحدة ويمكن الاستفادة منها في مبنى الغرفة أو في أي مكان آخر، مثل مقر إقامة الموظف.
تقدم «في إف إس غلوبال» مجموعة من الخدمات الاختيارية، بما في ذلك تأمين السفر، وحجز اختبار كوفيد-19 ومسح المستندات، وستكون متاحة جميعها للعاملين في الغرفة من الأحد إلى الخميس بين الساعة 9 صباحًا و3 مساءً.
