Cairo, Egypt, Wednesday 16 December: SODIC the leading real estate developer announced the selling out of the first launch of Karmell in New Zayed on the first day of the launch.
Karmell is spread over 240 acres and is the second development to be launched by SODIC in its 500 acre plot in New Zayed, developed in partnership with NUCA, following the successful launch of Vye the first development.

The first phase of the development saw the launch of modern innovative homes including fully finished double floor houses with modern flying staircases “Garden House” and “Sky House” that enjoy the privacy features of villas within buildings, as well as accessibly priced expandable “Urban Villas” that are efficiently designed and include private quarters for parents/couples and garden rooms.

المرحلة الأولى تُباع بالكامل في اليوم الأول من إطلاقه
القاهرة في 16 ديسمبر 2020-أعلنت سوديك، شركة التطوير العقاري المصرية الرائدة، عن بيع جميع وحدات المرحلة الأولى من مشروع Karmell في زايد الجديدة خلال اليوم الأول من إطلاق المشروع.
يشغل مشروع Karmell مساحة 240 فدانًا وهو ثاني مشروعات سوديك التي يتم إطلاقها في قطعة الأرض التي تبلغ مساحتها 500 فدان بزايد الجديدة والتي تطورها سوديك بالشراكة مع هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، بعد إطلاق الشركة لمشروع Vye بنجاح.
مشروع Karmell مستوحى من بلدة Carmel-by-the-sea في ولاية كاليفورنيا الأمريكية، حيث تم تصميم Karmell على شكل بلدة صغيرة تتميز بأسلوب الحياة السهل والبسيط. مشروع Karmell عبارة عن بلدة ساحرة تضم متاجر منتشرة في جميع أنحاء Karmell الذي يمتزج فيه جمال الطبيعة مع كافة مكونات المشروع، ليوفر Karmell تجربة ممتعة للتجول في بلدة فريدة توفر كافة متطلبات قاطنيها في بيئة بسيطة وراقية.

تتضمن المرحلة الأولى من المشروع إطلاق عدد من المنازل العصرية، والتي تتضمن منازل بدورين كاملة التشطيب بسلالم معلقة ولها تصميمان: Garden House وSky House، والتي تتيح للقاطنين الاستمتاع بخصوصية الحياة في الفيلات داخل العمارات السكنية، هذا بالإضافة لفيلات قابلة للتوسع“Expandable Urban Villas”، والتي يتم تصميمها بكفاءة بحيث تتضمن مناطق خاصة للوالدين/الأزواج بالإضافة لغرف الحديقة “Garden rooms”.
يقع Karmell بين مشروع Vye والمحور الرئيسي لزايد، وهو بذلك يستفيد من موقعه المتميز داخل مشروع أكبر، إلى جانب سهولة الوصول إليه عبر شبكة الطرق الرئيسية التي تربط المشروع مع الطرق السريعة والأحياء المحيطة به.
