Enjoy a wide selection of signature beverages in an art deco surrounding and select an array of delectable appetizers such as chestnut soup with pumpkin foam and a trio of oysters with ginger, celery jus and avocado cream. Couple can also enjoy a choice of main courses from pan seared line caught sea bass with crushed purple potatoes and an orange gastric sauce to a forest mushroom risotto with fresh black truffles. Chocolate guanaja is the signature dessert from the specially created Valentine’s menu.
