Sixth of October Development & Investment Company “SODIC” has opened the doors of its first sales centre in New Cairo - directly located on road 90 - coming closer to SODIC’s growing client base in East Cairo.
SODIC has a diversified residential and commercial portfolio of projects in New Cairo. Spanning 200 acres and adjacent to the American University in Cairo (AUC) lies “Eastown” the emerging residential community with the commercial frontage Eastown District “EDNC” launched earlier this year and fully sold. With residents already moving in, SODIC is currently launching “The Spectrum” the very last residential phase of Eastown.

سوديك تفتتح أحدث مقر مبيعات بالقاهرة الجديدة

افتتحت شركة السادس من أكتوبر للتنمية والاستثمار "سوديك"، أول مقر مبيعات لها في القاهرة الجديدة في قلب شارع التسعين، لتقترب من قاعدة عملائها المتزايدة في منطقة شرق القاهرة. تقوم سوديك بتطوير عدة مشروعات سكنية وتجارية في شرق القاهرة، ويُعد مشروع ايستاون مجتمع سكني متكامل نابض بالحياة، ويتمتع بموقع متميز بالقرب من الجامعة الامريكية على مساحة 200 فدان، ويضم واجهة تجارية على شارع التسعين تحت اسم "EDNC". وقد تم إطلاق “EDNC” في بداية العام الحالي وبيعها بالكامل. في الوقت نفسه، أطلقت سوديك مؤخراً "The Spectrum"، أخر المراحل السكنية في مشروع ايستاون.
ويُعد "فيليت" أكبر مشروعات سوديك في منطقة القاهرة الجديدة حيث يمتد على مساحة 30 فدان، وقام بوضع مخططه الرئيسي المكتب الأمريكي الشهير SWA، وتم بالفعل البدء في عمليات تسليم الفيلات بالمشروع. وتقوم سوديك حالياً بإطلاق Privé Villette، أول وحدات سكنية كاملة التشطيب هذا الشهر.
وسيعمل مقر المبيعات الجديد بشكل كبير على تلبية احتياجات العملاء والراغبين في شراء وحدات في سوديك ايست، أكبر مشروعات سوديك في شرق القاهرة حتى الآن. وقد قام بوضع المخطط العام لهذا المشروع مكتب Sasaki العالمي. ويشغل سوديك ايست موقعاً استراتيجياً بين طريقين رئيسيين هما القاهرة السويس والقاهرة الاسماعيلية الصحراوي، على مقربة من العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، ومن المخطط ان تكون سوديك إيست مدينة متكاملة تتمتع بموقع متميز ومجموعة من الخدمات والمنشآت العقارية.
