The hotel is offering special packages for the winter season (1st October 2018 to 30th April 2019) starting at only $70 per person per night on a soft all-inclusive basis. Egypt’s Red Sea resorts, such as Sharm El Sheikh are becoming more and more popular with tourists from the region. Over the next three years the number of tourists from the Middle East to Egypt will grow by 3% each year to over 1.34 million visitors – an average of 3,670 per day! One explanation for the significant rise in numbers since 2015, is the value-for-money aspect.
“Two years ago, one US dollar bought less than nine Egyptian Pounds, today one dollar will buy around 18 Egyptian Pounds. So, it’s great value for money for tourists who might want to combine a beach holiday in Sharm El Sheikh with a city break in Cairo, or trips to Giza or perhaps Luxor,” added Ismail.
In terms of flights it’s now easier than ever for GCC tourists to travel to Sharm El Sheikh. SAUDIA, operates direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah to Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport; Egypt Air operates a service from Kuwait and Gulf Air flies in direct from Bahrain.
From Dubai, Emirates and Egypt Air, both fly direct to Cairo, and flydubai flies direct to Alexandria, all with connecting flights to Sharm El Sheikh, as does Oman Air from Muscat.
The weather during the festive season is also very pleasant indeed. Average highs in December and January are between 22-24 degrees Celcius with night time lows of 14 to 16 degrees.

وتوجد العديد من الرحلات الجوية التي تسهل على السياح القادمين من دول الخليج إلى شرم الشيخ. حيث توجد ثلاث رحلات مباشرة عبر الخطوط السعودية من الرياض وجدة إلى مطار شرم الشيخ الدولي. كما تقوم شركة مصر للطيران بتسيير رحلات من مطار الكويت، فضلاً عن رحلات مباشرة من البحرين عبر طيران الخليج.
أما بالنسة للقادمين من دبي، فإن طيران الإمارات ومصر للطيران لديها رحلات مباشرة إلى القاهرة، ويوجد لدى فلاي دبي رحلات مباشرة إلى الإسكندرية، ويمكن للمسافرين عبرها السفر بعدها إلى شرم الشيخ.
يذكر أن الطقس خلال موسم الأعياد يكون معتدلاً للغاية، حيث يبلغ متوسط درجة الحرارة في ديسمبر ويناير ما بين 22 و24 درجة مئوية في النهار وما بين 14 إلى 16 درجة في المساء.
