DUBAI – Swiss-Belhotel International signed today at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai a management agreement with Zanzibar Crown Hotel and Resort Limited to operate the beautiful Swiss-Belresort Zanzibar expected to open for business in 2019. This marks the group’s debut in Tanzania, and with it East Africa, that is currently witnessing a massive demand for quality hotels. Located on an idyllic salt-white beach, Swiss-Belresort Zanzibar is being developed at an investment of US$ 25 million on the prime Indian Ocean coastline merely 3 km from Abedi Amani Karume International Airport and 7 km from the Wonders Palace, Stoned Town and Forodhani Gardens.

دبي- وقعت مجموعة "سويس-بلهوتيل انترناشيونال" اليوم في معرض سوق السفر العربي المقام في دبي اتفاقية إدارة مع شركة "زنجبار كراون هوتيل آند ريزورت ليمتد" لتشغيل فندق "سويس-بيلريزورت زنجبار" الجميل، والذي من المتوقع أن يبدأ باستقبال ضيوفه في عام 2019. وتجسد هذه الاتفاقية بداية أعمال المجموعة في تنزانيا وشرق أفريقيا التي تشهد حالياً طلباً هائلاً على الفنادق عالية الجودة.
ويجري تطوير فندق "سويس-بيلريزورت زنجبار" باستثمار تبلغ قيمته 25 مليون دولار أمريكي، وهو يقع على شاطيء يتسم برماله البيضاء الساحرة على الخط الساحلي للمحيط الهندي، على بعد ثلاثة كيلومترات فقط من مطار عبيد أماني كرومي الدولي وسبعة كيلومترات من قصر العجائب والمدينة الحجرية وحدائق فورودهاني.

يضم "سويس-بيلريزورت زنجبار" 125 غرفة (يتوفر في العديد منها إطلالات خلابة على المحيط الهندي)، وقد تم تجهيزه بمجموعة واسعة من المرافق والأنشطة الترفيهية لتلبية الاحتياجات المتنوعة لضيوفه. كما يتوفر في موقع الفندق مطعم مفتوح على مدار اليوم ومطعم متخصص ومقهى على الشاطئ ومسبح ونادي للأطفال ومسبح للبالغين ومنتجع مياه معدنية ونادي صحي ومجموعة متنوعة من الرياضات المائية.

وتشهد زنجبار مؤخراً عوامل عدة تسهم في ازدهار السياحة فيها علاوة على سحر طبيعتها وتاريخها، من ذلك التطوير الذي جرى حديثاً للمطار بإضافة مبنى جديداً للمسافرين وتوسيع مدرج الطائرات، بالإضافة إلى مناطق ترفيهية جديدة رائعة مثل ملعب "إيرني إلس" للغولف المصمم من 18 حفرة.
