After numerous consultations with its Headquarters in Italy, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Egypt reached a new agreement that allowed it to obtain special prices addressing the situation of the local market; adding an extra competitive advantage for the Renegade thus making it more appealing to customers.

Emad El Shorbagy, Director of After-Sales Services at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Egypt, stated that: "We are always working towards reaching the ultimate satisfaction and best interests of our customers; with the devaluation of the currency late last year, we had to provide spare parts and accessories at reasonable prices while developing plans that ensure their availability in appropriate quantities to the market. A strategy that came together after months of careful studies and extended surveys among car owners with the ultimate aim of achieving customer satisfaction and peace of mind.”
The company’s Headquarters expressed a clear understanding of the effect of the exchange rate issue and awareness of the importance of the Egyptian market as one of the most important markets in the Middle East and Africa. This helped in obtaining special prices for the Egyptian market with unprecedented discount rates compared to previous prices. القاهرة -- يناير 2018 - تحتفل "جيب رينيجيد" مع عملائها في مصر بالعام الجديد بتخفيض أسعار قطع الغيار والإكسسوارات بنسب تصل إلى 60%، فبعد مشاورات مع الشركة الأم توصلت فيات كرايسلر أوتوموبيلز مصر إلى إتفاق يتيح لها الحصول على قائمة أسعار خاصة تتناسب والسوق المصري وهو ما يضيف ميزة تنافسية جديدة للسيارة التي تخاطب عشاق السيارات الرياضية الصغيرة في مصر، حيث تجمع بين قوة التصميم والمتانة والإمكانات وأمان سيارات جيب الأسطورية، وها هي اليوم تضيف ميزة جديدة بتلك التخفيضات الغير مسبوقة.
