On October 12th 2017 Cairo
CMI Développement Company and regional council of the Marrakech-Safi region (the Kingdom of Morocco) as well as Rusatom Healthcare, a subsidiary of ROSATOM State Aromic Energy Corporation, and regional center of Rosatom in the Middle East and North Africa signed Memorandum of understanding. The document provides long-term cooperation on creation of multifunctional irradiation centers in the Marrakech-Safi region and distribution of radioisotope products for healthcare facilities in Morocco.
Denis Cherednichenko, director general of Rusatom Healthcare, and Alexander Voronkov, director of Rosatom Middle East and North Africa, affixed their signatures to the document from Russian side, as well as Saad Chajai, manager of CMI Développement Company, and Milouda Hazeb, Vice-President of the Marrakech Safi Region, affixed their signatures from Moroccan side.
Signing ceremony took place in the presence of Alexander Tkachev, the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, and Aziz Akhannouch, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests of the Kingdom of Morocco, on sidelines of Russian-Moroccan business forum in Rabat organized by the Russian Export Center.
With the aim to develop cooperation in the above areas the parties approved a road map for joint work in the field of radiation processing of products. Denis Cherednichenko, director general of Rusatom Healthcare highlighted the importance of signed Memorandum that opens new horizons of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. «We see big potential of the Moroccan irradiation market and believe in the growing demand for our isotope products among healthcare institutions of the Kingdom”, he concluded.
Abdelaziz Gaouji, the President of the Commission on economic, social, environmental development and education of the Marrakech-Safi region: «Regional council of the Marrakech-Safi and CMI Développement Company are glad about the beginning of our collaboration with Rosatom, such a credible organization that holds competencies in application of radiation technologies in agriculture and medicine. I believe that our cooperation will bring higher added value in these sectors both on local and regional levels».
توقيع مذكرة تعاون بين شركتي روس أتوم و CMI Développement حول إنشاء مراكز لإعداد و تسويق منتجات النظائر المشعة في المغرب

تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم حول التعاون طويل الامد بإنشاء مراكز متعددة المهام للمعالجة الاشعاعية في جهة مراكش – اسفي وكذلك لتسويق منتجات النظائر المشعة للمؤسسات الطبية المغربية. قامت CMI Développement والمجلس الاقليمي لجهة مراكش – اسفي وكذلك الشركة المساهمة "روس أتوم هيلسكيا" إحدى الشركات التابعة لشركة "روس أتوم" الحكومية ومركز "روس أتوم" الإقليمي لمنطقة الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا.
وقع المذكرة عن الجانب الروسي السيد دينيس شيريدنيتشينكو مدير عام الشركة المساهمة "روس أتوم هيلسكيا" والسيد الكساندر فورونكوف مدير المركز الاقليمي لمنطقة الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا, وعن الجانب المغربي وقع المذكرة السيد سعد شاجة مدير شركة CMI Développement كذلك السيدة ميلودة حازب نائب رئيس جهة مراكش – اسفي.
تم توقيع هذه الوثيقة على هامش المنتدى الروسي المغربي الذي ينظمه مركز الصادرات الروسية والذي يعقد هذه الأيام في الرباط . جرى الاحتفال في حضور السيد الكساندر تكاتشيف وزير الزراعة في روسيا الاتحادية و السيد عزيز اخانوش وزير الزراعة ومصايد الاسماك البحرية و التنمية الريفية والمسطحات المائية الداخلية والغابات في المملكة المغربية. ولأجل تعزيز التعاون في المجالات المذكورة أعلاه وافق الطرفان على خارطة طريق للعمل المشترك في مجال المنتجات المعالجة بالاشعاع.
شدد السيد دينيس شيريدنيتشينكو مدير عام الشركة المساهمة "روس أتوم هيلسكيا" على أهمية المذكرة الموقعة لفتح افاق جديدة للتعاون المفيد بين روسيا الاتحادية والمملكة المغربية وأضاف "اننا نرى في في السوق المغربي للمعالجة الاشعاعية امكانات كبيرة ونحن مقتنعون بإرتفاع الطلب على منتجاتنا من النظائر في المؤسسات الطبية في المملكة".
تعليقا على توقيع المذكرة قال السيد عبد العزيز كوجي رئيس لجنة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وحماية البيئة والتعليم في جهة مراكش – اسفي "ان المجلس الاقليمي لجهة مراكش – اسفي وشركة CMI Développement سعداء لبداية التعاون مع مؤسسة ذات سمعة طيبة مثل روس أتوم, والتي تمتلك الخبرات في مجال تطبيق التكنولوجيا الاشعاعية في الزراعة وايضا في الطب. وأنا على ثقة إن التعاون فيما بيننا سيخلق قيمة اضافية في هذه القطاعات سواء على المستوى المحلي أو على المستوى الاقليمي".
