Leading UAE-based total FM company to provide cleaning services for the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah
Leading UAE-based total facilities management (FM) company, Farnek, has been awarded a two-year contract to provide cleaning services for RAKBANK.
Providing the most advanced, comprehensive and stringent cleaning standard in the industry, Farnek’s world-class teams, as adjudged by the largest independent, professional and educational body within the cleaning industry, The British Institute of Cleaning Services (BICSc), will be responsible for all cleaning requirements of the bank’s operation Headquarters in both Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

This latest contract builds on Farnek’s extensive client base in the banking sector. Existing clients include Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Al Hilal Bank, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). Services range from water tank cleaning to pipeline disinfection to marble polishing.
Additional clients in the banking sector include United Arab Bank, Mashreq Bank and Emirates DOZ & EGTC Building, where the company provides services including maintaining mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) assets as well as the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units.

Significant contract wins amounting to a combined total of over AED10 million; include a three-year contract to provide cleaning services, MEP maintenance and contact centre staff and services for Dubai Parks and Resorts; and a 15-month MEP contract for IMG Worlds of Adventure.
The company also operates MEP, HVAC maintenance, cleaning, waste management and clerical manpower outsourcing services for several leading UAE-based firms including Du, Cummins, and Emaar’s Gold & Diamond Park. In addition, Farnek holds the ultimate trade reference, the maintenance contract for the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa.
شركة فارنك لإدارة المرافق تنال عقد توفير خدمات التنظيف لبنك رأس الخيمة الوطني
نالت شركة فارنك الرائدة في مجال إدارة المرافق في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عقداً يمتد لعامين لتقديم خدمات التنظيف لبنك رأس الخيمة الوطني (راك بنك).
وبموجب هذا العقد ستكون شركة "فارنك" مسؤولة عن جميع متطلبات تنظيف فروع البنك في كل من دبي ورأس الخيمة، عبر تلبية أعلى معايير خدمات التنظيف الشاملة والمعتمدة من المعهد البريطاني لخدمات التنظيف (BICSc)، الذي يعتبر أكبر هيئة مستقلة عالمية في قطاع خدمات التنظيف.
وفي معرض تعليقه على هذه الاتفاقية، قال جيوف ستيسيك، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في بنك رأس الخيمة الوطني (راك بنك): "قررنا اختيار شركة فارنك نظراً لسجلها الحافل في تقديم خدمات التنظيف بأعلى المعايير وتقديراً لالتزامها بالمحافظة على البيئة من خلال استخدام المواد والمنتجات المستدامة قدر الإمكان".
ويمثل هذا العقد إضافة جديدة إلى قاعدة عملاء شركة "فارنك" الواسعة في القطاع المصرفي والتي تشمل أيضاً ستاندرد تشارترد، ومركز دبي المالي العالمي، ومصرف الهلال، وبنك أبوظبي الوطني، وبنك أبوظبي الإسلامي، والبنك العربي المتحد وبنك المشرق وغيرها. حيث تقدم الشركة مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات مثل تنظيف خزانات المياه وتلميع الرخام والصيانة والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأعمال السباكة ووحدات التدفئة والتهوية وأنظمة تكييف الهواء.

وتأتي إنجازات شركة "فارنك" في القطاع المصرفي في إطار عملية التوسع والنمو عبر مجموعة متنوعة من قطاعات الأعمال وتقديم الخدمات. وبلغت قيمة العقود الموقعة أكثر من 10 مليون درهم؛ بما في ذلك عقد مدته ثلاث سنوات لتقديم خدمات التنظيف وأعمال الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وتوفير موظفي مركز الاتصال والخدمات لـ "دبي باركس آند ريزورتس"؛ وعقد لمدة 15 شهر لتوفير أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأعمال السباكة لـ "آي إم جي عالم من المغامرات".
كما تدير الشركة خدمات الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وصيانة أنظمة تكييف الهواء والتخلص من النفايات وخدمات إدارة الموارد البشرية للكثير من الشركات الرائدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بما في ذلك دو، وكومينز، ومجمع إعمار للذهب والألماس. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، توفر شركة "فارنك" خدمات الصيانة لأطول مبنى في العالم "برج خليفة".
