32-storey residential tower in the Majan Master Development in Wadi Al Safa will feature 278units for families and professionals
Dubai 14 Sep, 2017-- Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO), a leading engineering consultant in design and project management in the UAE, has been appointed to complete all architectural, MEP and structural design, as well as construction supervision, at a AED 160 million residential tower in the Majan Master Development located between Al Barari and Dubai Legends in Dubai .
The premier residential building will feature 216 one-bedroom apartments and 62 two bedroom apartments, as well as a state-of-the-art gym, community facilities, play area for children, a swimming pool and retail units.
Commenting on the project, Abdul Rahim Consultants ARACO General Manager, Rahim Banizaman Lari said: “This stunning project is designed to meet the needs of Dubai’s growing mix of residents, who demand stylish homes with world-class facilities and excellent transport links to other parts of the emirate and UAE. The 278 units in this tower will feature high-quality interior fit out and finishes, basement parking and retail and fitness male and female facilities including a community pool, shaded family and kids’ play area and gym, roof garden and tennis court and play ground.”
The project, signed in July 2017, will comprise two basement floors and 31 stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will feature retail units and community amenities and on the first floor residents can enjoy exclusive use of the private terrace and gardens. Located in Wadi al Safa, residents of the tower will also enjoy views over Dubai’s exclusive oasis for elite living, Al Barari.
ARACO’s full scope of work on the project includes architectural, MEP and structural design; preparation of tendering process; and construction supervision, in adherence with the UAE’s strict regulations governing the safety and quality of built assets.
Further, ARACO is to obtain approval for all plans for the buildings and the necessary licenses from the relevant authorities.
The multi-million Dirham project is due for completion in December2019.

دبي،14 سبتمبر، 2017: تم اختيار شركة عبد الرحيم للاستشارات المعمارية (أراكو)، الرائدة في مجال التصميم وإدارة المشروعات الهندسية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة لإتمام جميع أعمال التصميم المعماري والإنشائي والإلكترومياكنيكي بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على البناء وذلك لتشييد برجٍ سكني في مشروع المجَان الرئيسي بتكلفة 160 مليون درهم إماراتي والواقع بين منطقة البراري وأساطير دبي لاند في إمارة دبي.
وسيضم هذا المبنى السكني الفاخر 216 شقة من غرفة واحدة و62 شقة من غرفتين بالإضافة إلى نادي رياضي متطور ومرافق متنوعة ومنطقة لعب للأطفال وبركة سباحة ووحدات تجارية.
وتعليقاً على المشروع يقول المدير العام لشركة أراكو رحيم بني زمان لاري: "تم تصميم هذا المشروع الرائع استجابةً للأذواق المختلفة لسكان دبي الذين يرغبون بشقق أنيقة مع مرافق متطورة وشبكة مواصلات ممتازة تتيح سهولة الوصول إلى نقاط أخرى في الإمارة والدولة. وستضم الوحدات السكنية البالغ عددها 278وحدة في البرج ديكورات داخلية عالية الجودة ومرآب أرضي ومتاجر ومرافق صحية للرجال والنساء بما فيها بركة سباحة ومنطقة لعب مغطّاة للأطفال والعائلات ونادي رياضي وحديقة على السطح وملعب تنس ومساحة للعب".
وسيتكون المشروع الذي تم التوقيع عليه في يوليو 2017 من طابقين تحت مستوى الأرض و31 طابقاً يضمون شققاً من غرفة أو غرفتين. وسيضم الطابق الأرضي متاجر ومرافق مشتركة وبإمكان السكان قصد الطابق الأول للتمتع بالجلوس على التراس والحديقة الخاصّين، كما سيتمتع سكان البرج الواقع في وادي الصفا بإطلالةٍ على البراري وهي الواحة السكنيةً الجميلة والحصرية في دبي.
ويتضمن برنامج عمل أراكو على هذا المشروع جميع والتصاميم الهندسية بالإضافة إلى التحضير للمناقصات والإشراف على البناء وذلك بما يتماشى مع القواعد الصارمة لسلامة وجودة مواد البناء التي نصّت عليها الهيئات المختصة ذات العلاقة في دولة الإمارات.
كما ستحصل أراكو على الموافقات الخاصة بكل خطط البناء والتراخيص الضرورية من الهيئات المختصة. ومن المتوقع إتمام المشروع في ديسمبر 2019.
