The region’s
biggest HR platform to take place on October 30-31, 2017 in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Dubai: July 9th,
2017 - The 5th Annual GOV HR Summit, the regions’ leading
Human Resource platform, will once again open its doors to HR leaders from top
government, semi government and state owned entities across the GCC, on 30th
October 2017 in Abu Dhabi UAE, under the theme “Turning the biggest challenges into the greatest opportunities”.
With an impressive line-up of influential
and intellectual international and regional leaders in Human Resources, the
summit will kick off with a powerful keynote presentation by Mr. Ray Jefferson,
Global Leadership Practitioner, Consultant, Speaker and Former Senate confirmed
U.S. Assistant Secretary General for Veteran’s Employment & Training, under
US President Barrack Obama.
Highlighting crucial leadership traits,

Speaking further on leadership

The summit

أبوظبي تستضيف المنصة الأكبر للموارد البشرية بين 30 و31 أكتوبر 2017

2017 - مجدداً وفي نسختها الخامسة، تستقبل القمة الحكومية للموارد البشرية رواد
قطاع الموارد البشرية من الشركات الحكومية وشبه الحكومية والتابعة للدولة في مجلس
التعاون الخليجي. وستُعقَد هذه القمة الرائدة في الـ30 من أكتوبر 2017 في أبوظبي
في دولة الإمارات تحت شعار "تحويل أكبر التحديات إلى أكبر الفرص".
وتستضيف القمة
مجموعةً مميزة من رواد قطاع الموارد البشرية العالميين والمحليين وستبدأ
بافتتاحيةٍ قوية سيلقيها خبير القيادة العالمي والمستشار والمتحدّث والعضو السابق
في مجلس الشيوخ الأميركي ومساعد الأمين العام لشؤون توظيف وتدريب قدامى الحرب في
الولايات المتحدة السيد راي جيفرسون.
وتعليقاً على
بعض النقاط الأساسية في القيادة يقول السيد جيفرسون: "برأيي أن أفضل الإدارات
الحكومية في العالم هي تلك التي يقودها مدراء ملتزمين بأداء واجباتهم. فالقادة
العظماء يجب أن يكونوا مضرب المثل وأن يسعوا للابتكار وترك أثرٍ إيجابي وأن
يتواصلوا بفعالية مع فريقهم وأن يؤمنوا بقوة الفريق الواحد."
وستركز ندوة
جيفرسون التي تحمل عنوان "تحويل أكبر التحديات إلى أكبر الفرص" على
"القوة التي تتولّد من كوننا مجتمعاً يتشارك الدعم وفريقاً واحداً". وسيستمر
الحديث عن التميز في القيادة مع ورشة العمل الخاصة التي سيقدمها جيفرسون في الأول
من نوفمبر.
وعن الحدث يقول
مدير شركة "كيو إن إيه غلوبال" السيد أكاش جاين: "يسعى القادة من
جميع أنحاء المنطقة إلى تطبيق أهداف الأجندة الوطنية مع التركيز على تنويع الموارد
الاقتصادية لبناء اقتصادٍ مستدام قائمٍ على قاعدةٍ معرفيةٍ قوية يكون قطاع الموارد
البشرية حجر الأساس فيها. وسعياً لدعم رؤية أمهر القادة من أرجاء المنطقة ستكون
القمة الحكومية الخامسة للموارد البشرية منصةً لتشارك الخبرات على أعلى مستوى
وستجمع أفضل القادة الحكوميين وأصحاب القرار من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بهدف
النقاش والحوار وتبادل المعلومات وعرض آخر ابتكارات مؤسساتهم في مجال استراتيجية
رأس المال البشري."
ومتابعةً
لموضوع المبادرات القيادية وتمكين المرأة في مجال العمل تعلق ضيفة القمة نائبة الرئيس
التنفيذي والمستشار العام لبنك الإمارات دبي الوطني السيدة لبنى قاسم قائلةً:
"لقد غيّر سمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة وحاكم دبي قواعد
اللعبة فيما يتعلق بتمكين المرأة في قطاع العمل في دولة الإمارات، وتستمر النساء
بالتميز في مجالات التعليم والعمل وغيرها. لكن التحدي الذي نواجهه هو عدم وجود عدد
كافٍ من السيدات في المناصب العليا في الشركات والمؤسسات."
وتأكيداً على أهمية
رعاية المواهب الوطنية يقول نائب الرئيس الأول في شركة صناعات السيد محمود
الهاملي: "كونها مؤسسة رائدة في القطاع الصناعي في دولة الإمارات تسعى صناعات
والشركات التابعة لها إلى تطوير رأس المال البشري المحلي. كما أن استثمارنا
المستمر في تدريب وتطوير الخبرات الإماراتية الشابة عنصر أساسي في هذا السعي الذي
نتمنى من خلاله الحفاظ على وجذب أفضل المواهب إلى فريقنا. إن صناعات ملتزمة بتكوين
قوة عمل تتمتع بالمهارات الضرورية للنجاح في بيئة العمل العصرية. وبهذا نحن نساهم
بشكلٍ كبير في تنويع الاقتصاد المحلي وتحقيق الرؤية الطويلة الأمد لأبوظبي ودولة
الإمارات."
وسيتخلل القمة
ندوات تتطرق إلى مواضيع هامة ونقاشات وورشات عمل سيتم خلالها مناقشة عددٍ من
المسائل الحساسة مثل إعادة ابتكار إدارة رأس المال البشري، وتطوير استراتيجيات
تعويض تتلاءم مع بيئة العمل التنافسية في هذا العصر، ومشاركة قصص النجاح في مجال
تطبيق مبادرات التوطين، وإعادة ضبط بيئة الشركة لتتناسب مع أهداف العمل، والأفكار
المبتكرة لإلهام ودعم قوة العمل، والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا لاتخاذ قرارات سليمة
فيما يتعلق بإدارة الخبرات والتواصل مع الموظفين.
وستُختَتَم
القمة التي تدوم ليومين بحفل الجوائز الأرقى في المنطقة وهو حفل الجوائز الحكومية
للموارد البشرية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي لعام 2017 والذي يحتفي بالتميز
والاحترافية والانجازات الاستثنائية للحكومات ومؤسسات الأعمال والأفراد الذين
