Simplified organizational structure and appointments to Executive Team will help drive execution of company strategy New Business Areas, Market Areas and Executive Team effective April 1, 2017 In line with the business strategy announced today, Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) is simplifying its organizational structure by removing the two-tiered leadership structure, Executive Leadership Team and Global Leadership Team, and forming a single Executive Team. In addition, the geographical setup with ten regions will become five market areas, and the business areas are re-defined and reduced to three. The new Executive Team roles and the new organization will take effect April 1, 2017. تماشيا مع استراتيجية العمل التي تم الإعلان عنها اليوم، أعلنت اريكسون ( المسجلة في ناسداك:Eric) عن تبسيط هيكلها التنظيمي من خلال إلغاء هيكل قيادة الشركة المكون من مستويين إضافة إلى فريق القيادة التنفيذية وفريق القيادة العالمية وتشكيل فريق تنفيذي موحد. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن التوزيع الجغرافي للمناطق سيصبح خمسة مناطق سوقية بدلاً من عشرة حول العالم، فضلاً عن إعادة تعريف مجالات الأعمال وتخفيضها إلى ثلاثة. ستدخل مجالات ووحدات الاًعمال المحدثة ووحدات التسويق والتعيينات الجديدة في الفريق التنفيذي حيز التنفيذ اعتباراً من 1 أبريل 2017.
وتعليقاً على التحديثات الجديدة، قال رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إريكسون" بورية إيكهولم: " لكي ننفذ بسرعة ونجاح المرحلة التالية من استراتيجيتنا، سيبدأ فريق القيادة الجديد العمل على الفور. وسنحرص في المستقبل القريب على تعزيز وسائل وادوار عمل الهيكل الجديد الذي سيكون أكثر كفاءة واستجابة لاحتياجات السوق ومتطلبات العملاء ".
