The Board of Capital Group Properties “CGP” flies from Abu Dhabi to Inaugurate the Construction of Alburouj
Cairo, February 26th, 2017
Earlier today, the official inauguration of “Alburouj,” a rising star in the real estate industry, was steered by the real estate holding Companies Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) and Al Ain Holding’s board of Directors. Present in the visit were: Chairman, Abdul Hamid Mohammed Saeed; Vice Chairman, Khadim Abdulla Aldarei; along with fellow Board Members, Jassim Alseddiqi and Mohammed Zaki; CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group Amit Wanchoo; CEO of Capital Group Properties, Walid El-Hindi; along with the General Counsel and Head of Legal for ADCG, Moataz Krishan, and members of the CGP team.
The eventful day was meant for chief representatives and decision makers to fly in from their Emirati headquarters and ascertain their continuous commitment, to the first official engagements in implementing CGP’s first real estate project in Egypt, Alburouj. The visit focused its attention on the start of the construction onsite, which started in parallel to the sales operation to show and demonstrate the commitment of the group on their time promise on the project’s delivery. The Board then moved to CGP’s newly opened Sales Center on Orouba street in Heliopolis for its official launch to the public, followed by a visit to the CGP headquarters in the fifth settlement, where the group discussed their plans for 2017 going forward.
Jassim Alseddiqi, Board member and spokesperson for the Emirati group, stated that “today represents a key milestone for both CGP and its holding Companies as the day marks our combined efforts to activate the Project and uphold our unwavering commitment to the Egyptian real estate market. We found it necessary to establish our perseverance and provide young Egyptians with unparalleled real estate communities, commit to quality and on time delivery, while providing unprecedented pricing schemes."
Walid El Hendi, CEO of CGP emphasized, “the objective of the company in developing Alburouj as a community that is based on values of culture, education, smart businesses and a healthy way of life. It is becoming more and more difficult to develop communities where all community aspects are met, especially at the start. Today, we are launching one fully integrated community in Egypt that provides a full-fledged life for its inhabitants. أعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز فى زيارة من الامارات لافتتاح أعمال البناء فى مشروع "البروج"

قام اليوم أعضاء مجلس إدارة الشركات القابضة "أبو ظبى كابيتال جروب" و"العين" بإفتتاح مشروع "البروج" العقاري، وذلك بحضور السيد/ عبد الحميد محمد سعيد، رئيس مجلس الإدارة وكل من السيد/ خديم عبد الله الدرعي، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والسيد/ جاسم الصديقي، والسيد/ محمد زكي، والسيد/ إيميت وانتشو، الرئيس التنفيذى لشركة أبو ظبى كابيتال جروب، والمهندس/ وليد الهندي، الرئيس التنفيذى لشركة كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز، مع حضور المستشار العام ورئيس الشئون القانونية بشركة أبو ظبى كابيتال جروب السيد/ معتز كريشان، وممثلي فريق شركة كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز.
كان الهدف من اليوم الحافل أن يقوم كبار الرؤساء وصناع القرار فى الشركات الأم بزيارة موقع المشروع، تأكيدا على التزامهم المستمر في تنفيذ "البروج" وهو أول مشروع عقاري لشركة كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز في مصر. وركزت زيارة الوفد اهتمامها على بدء أعمال البناء في الموقع، والتي بدأت بالتوازي مع عمليات البيع لإثبات التزام المجموعة بوعودها الخاصة بموعد التسليم وإنجاز المشروع.
ثم انتقل الوفد إلى شارع العروبة في مصر الجديدة لافتتاح مركز المبيعات الرسمي للجمهور الخاص بشركة "كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز". تلا ذلك زيارة الوفد إلى مقر شركة كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز في التجمع الخامس، حيث عقد الوفد إجتماعاً تم خلاله مناقشة خطة الشركة للمضي قدما خلال عام 2017.
وصرح السيد/ جاسم الصديقي، عضو مجلس الإدارة والمتحدث الرسمى للمجموعة الإمراتية قائلاً: "إن ما شاهدناه اليوم يمثل نقطة تحول رئيسية لكل من شركة "كابيتال جروب بروبرتيز" والشركات القابضة، حيث يعكس اليوم الجهود المشتركة لتنفيذ مشروع "البروج" ويدعم التزامنا الراسخ للسوق العقاري المصري. ولقد وجدنا أنه من الضروري أن يكون لدينا فكر ريادى مختلف، وأن نقوم بتقديم مجتمعات سكنية متكاملة لا مثيل لها للشباب المصري، مع الالتزام بالجودة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد، إلى جانب توفير خطط أسعار غير مسبوقة".
