“The 2nd of December is a special nationwide event that has a place in the hearts of every UAE national and resident. 45 years ago, our founding fathers started the country's march towards making the UAE as one of the most advanced countries in the world across all industry verticals. Their wise leadership and guidance has placed key importance in the development of human capital and the achievement of happiness. Despite still being considered a young nation, the UAE has been able to position itself as a global leader--becoming a model for building a civilized state with a major role in advancing progress regionally and globally by steadily following the values of the Union. We are honored, as celebrate this precious occasion and extend our sincerest congratulations to His Highness (H.H.) Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and the members of the Supreme Council of Rulers of the UAE. "يمثل الثاني من ديسمبر مناسبة وطنية تحظى بمكانة خاصة في وجدان كل مواطن ومقيم على أرض الإمارات الطيبة. كيف لا وهو اليوم الذي بدأ فيه آباؤنا المؤسسون "رحمهم الله"، قبل أربعة عقود ونصف من الزمن، مسيرة حافلة بالإنجازات الحضارية التي تجعل دولتنا تسابق الأمم الأكثر تقدّماً في العالم على كافة الصعد، في ظل قيادة رشيدة جعلت بناء الإنسان الأولوية القصوى وتحقيق السعادة الغاية الجوهرية. وعلى الرغم من حداثة عهدها، استطاعت الإمارات أن تصنع لنفسها مكانة رائدة على الخارطة العالمية، مقدّمةً بذلك نموذجاً يُحتذى به في بناء دولة حضارية ذات دور بارز في دفع عجلة التقدم إقليمياً وعالمياً، من خلال السير بخطى ثابتة على قيم الاتحاد. لذا، يشرّفنا، ونحن نحيي هذه المناسبة الغالية، أن نتقدّم بأسمى آيات التهاني والتبريكات إلى مقام صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة "حفظه الله"، وإلى مقام صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، وأصحاب السمو حكام الإمارات، مجدّدين فخرنا واعتزازنا بالانتماء إلى تراب الوطن، ومؤكدين التزامنا المطلق بالسير خلف قيادتنا الرشيدة التي لا تألُ جهداً من أجل جعل شعب الإمارات أسعد شعوب الأرض."
