solutions, has partnered with PoolCar, an online software-as-as-service (SaaS) vehicle booking system
provider, to deliver a fleet management solution to a leading global
humanitarian organisation.
The partnership sees them deploying
the system across four (4) countries throughout the Middle East and North
Africa as a pilot project. The humanitarian organisation was having difficulty
on oversite and control of their vehicles. They were keen to implement a global
solution which would give them the ability to require their employees to book
vehicles online along with being able to monitor their location in real-time.
The MiX In-Vehicle-Monitoring-System
(IVMS) provides extensive driver and vehicle management functionality through
an on-board computer and online tracking portal. Complementing the IVMS, the
online booking platform manages journey requests and automates the approval and
driver allocation workflows.

staff to book a vehicle and nominate if they are self-driving, or if a driver
is required. PoolCar manages the entire workflow, from initial request,
management approvals and driver allocation using combined email and SMS
notifications. Each journey is tracked in real-time via the MiX Telematics
online portal; giving management extensive oversight into their fleet in order
to maximize efficiencies and increase safety.

وقّعت "ميكس تيليماتيكس"، المزود العالمي
الرائد لحلول إدارة الأساطيل والأصول الجوالة، عقد شراكة مع "بول كار"، مزود نظام حجز
المركبات عبر الإنترنت القائم على البرمجيّات كخدمة، لتوفير حلول إدارة الأساطيل لمنظمة إنسانية
عالمية رائدة.
وتبحث الشراكة بينهما نشرَ النظام في أربعة (4) بلدان
في جميع أنحاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا كمشروع رائد. وكانت المنظمة

ويتمّ تعقّب كل رحلة في الوقت الحقيقي عبر بوابة التعقب على الإنترنت من "ميكس
تيليماتيكس"؛ ما يتيح للإدارة مراقبةً واسعة لأسطولها من أجل تحقيق أقصى قدر
من الكفاءة وزيادة السلامة.
