Carpet cleaner BRC 40/22 shortlisted for the ISSA Innovation Award
Dubai, 26th June, 2016-- Karcher, the world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions will introduce a new deep-cleaning and intermediate cleaning carpet machine, the BRC 40/22, to the Middle East market in September. The machine has been shortlisted for the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) Innovation Award in the category ‘Machines, Accessories & Components.’
The Karcher carpet cleaner is a 3-in-1 machine with functionalities to dispense cleaning solutions, work the solution into the carpet, and finally to clean the solution and dirt from the carpet. The BRC 40/22 has spray nozzles on the front of the machine which supply the cleaning agent solution, rotating roller brushes that work the solution into the carpet helps the operator by providing an additional traction drive – both forwards and backwards, and a squeegee that wipes the dirt and solution away. These functionalities work together to provide overall increase in efficiency by cleaning carpets and reduce drying time effectively.
The BRC 40/22 is equipped with a head capable of rotating 200° to both sides which makes the machine extremely manoeuvrable. The increased manoeuvrability assists in navigating corners and obstacles, and ultimately results in reducing the time taken to clean by 30%, as many analyses have shown that up to 30% of the cleaning time is taken up by getting the machine back into its original in order to clean in parallel strips.
The machine is suitable for both intermediate and deep cleaning of carpets. When the machine is used for deep cleaning the area covered is 350 m2/h but on the intermediate setting, the area increases to 1,000 m2/h. Furthermore, emphasis on intuitive and ergonomic operation of the machine is a key feature in its design which includes a simple rotary switch for setting the operating mode, the function to change the roller brush and squeegees without tools, a separate cable guide and height-adjustable handlebars. These features contribute to its design and overall efficiency and effectiveness. The machine will be launched for the Middle East market in Dubai, UAE in September, 2016.

(دبي، 26 يونيو 2016) - كارشر، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في تكنولوجيا معدات التنظيف، تقدم الجهاز الجديد "بي ار سي 40/22" المخصص لتنظيف السجاد العميق والمتوسط، وسيصل الى منطقة الشرق الأوسط في سبتمبر القادم. جهاز "بي ار سي 40/22" كان قد تأهل للقائمة النهائية للمرشحين بالفوز بجوائز ابتكار " اي أس أس ايه" الجمعية العالمية للتوريد الصحي، عن فئة الآلات و اللوازم والمستلزمات.
ان جهاز "كارشر" لتنظيف السجاد العميق هي الة واحدة تقوم بثلاثة مهام، الاولى تتمثل بالسيطرة على الاوساخ والعمل على تنظيف السجاد بطريقة عميقة لضمان الوصول الى الاوساخ والمرحلة الاخيرة تتمثل بالتخلص التام منها وبمختلف انواعها. ان جهاز "بي ار سي 40/22" يحتوي على فوهات للرش تقع على الواجهة وتمثل اداة التنظيف الاولية، كما يتضمن فرش دوارة تتناوب على السجاد لتساعد المشغل على تحريك الجهاز حيث توفر محرك أقراص إضافيا للجر إلى الأمام وإلى الوراء، اضافة الى ممسحة تعمل على التخلص من الاتربة. هذه الخصائص تعمل معا لتوفير الزيادة الإجمالية في الكفاءة من خلال تنظيف السجاد و تقليل وقت التجفيف بشكل فعال.
وقد تم تجهيز الـ"بي ار سي 40/22" برأس دوار بجميع الاتجاهات ولـ200 درجة مما يجعل تحريك الجهاز سهلا للغاية، ما يساعد على الوصول الى الزوايا والاماكن الصعبة كما يؤدي الى الحد من الوقت المستغرق في التنظيف بنسبة 30٪، حيث أظهرت العديد من الدراسات ان نسبة 30% من وقت التنظيف تضيع في عملية اعادة الجهاز الى المكان المرغوب فيه وصعوبة تحريكه والووصل الى الاماكن المرغوب بها.
يعتبر هذا الجهاز مناسبا تماما لعمليتي التنظيف المتوسط و العميق للسجاد، عندما يتم استخدامه في عملية التنظيف العميق فانه يغطي مساحة 350 متر مربع في الساعة، اما عند ضبطه للقيام بالتنظيف المتوسط فانه يغطي مساحة 1000 متر مربع في الساعة الواحدة. وعلاوة على ذلك، ولأن التركيز الاكبر عند تصميم هذا الجهاز كان على الاريحية والعملية في الاستخدام، تم تصميم مفتاح دوار بسيط للتشغيل وللاغلاق، كما يمكن تغيير الفرشاة الدوارة و الممسحة بدون أدوات، وكابل منفصل اضافة الى مقود قابل ارتفاعه للتعديل، وتساهم هذه الميزات باعطاء الجهاز كفاءة و فعالية عالية. "بي ار سي 40/22" سيتم إطلاقه في سوق الشرق الأوسط من دبي في سبتمبر 2016.
