April 24, 2016 – Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities, waste, and energy management solutions in the GCC, has officially opened its new state-of-the-art Imdaad Manzeli staff accommodation in Jebel Ali that is set to house its 3,000 employees. Manzeli, which is Arabic for ‘My Home,’ demonstrates the company’s continuing efforts to provide its employees with a housing accommodation that can offer the feeling and experience of living at home—complete with all the essential facilities and comforts. The company’s Chairman, Board of Directors, CEO, and COO were present during the inauguration ceremony to show full support for the groundbreaking project.
According to the company’s senior executives, the housing facility reflects Imdaad’s commitment to ensure the welfare and high quality of life of all its staff members. The 500-room landmark building comprises world-class amenities and recreation facilities for the residents’ enjoyment and comfort. With functional spaces, the entire four-storey premises measuring 299,902 square feet are fully equipped with modern technologies and equipment such as solar system for hot water, air cooling chillers, central gas system, water treatment station, WiFi connection, and central television services.
Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “We are proud to inaugurate the new Imdaad Manzeli Staff Accommodation, which has been developed because we want our employees to live in a fully functional living space that can offer them that bespoke feeling of home. The high-technology staff accommodation has been designed to cater to our employees’ needs to make sure that they are well taken care of. Imdaad wants its employees to be safe, secure and comfortable and this is evident by the building’s amenities not only in phase one but in the succeeding phases as well.”
A central laundry station is available for the employees’ use as well, while the roof top can be utilized as an area to wash and dry clothes. Additionally, the building is manned by security guards round the clock to ensure the safety of all residents. The building, including parking areas, is equipped with a closed-circuit television system controlled from the site supervisor room on the ground floor. Imdaad Manzeli’s construction works for the second, third and fourth phases are expected to be completed in the next two months.

"إمداد" تدشن رسمياً سكن موظفيها الجديد "منزلي" في منطقة جبل علي
24 أبريل 2016 - دشنت "إمداد"، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال توفير الحلول المتكاملة للمرافق والبيئة والطاقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، رسمياً سكن موظفيها الجديد "منزلي" في منطقة جبل علي والذي سيستوعب ما يصل إلى 3.000 موظف. ويأتي هذا التدشين ليؤكد على جهود الشركة المتواصلة لتوفير السكن الملائم لموظفيها بما يشعرهم بأجواء وراحة السكن المنزلي، حيث تم تزويده بكافة المرافق والخدمات الأساسية. وشارك في حفل الافتتاح كلاً من رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي ومدير العمليات، وذلك لإظهار دعمهم الكامل لهذا المشروع الرائد.
ووفقاً لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في الشركة، فإن المرفق السكني الجديد يعكس التزام شركة "إمداد" بضمان الرفاهية لموظفيها وتوفير نوعية حياة عالية الجودة لهم. ويشتمل المبنى السكني المؤلف من 500 غرفة على خدمات رفيعة المستوى ومرافق ترفيهية لتوفير الراحة التامة للموظفين. وتم تجهيز كامل المبنى المؤلف من أربعة طوابق والبالغة مساحته 299.902 قدم مربع بأحدث التقنيات والتجهيزات مثل نظام الطاقة الشمسية من أجل توفير المياه الساخنة وأجهزة تبريد الهواء ونظام غاز مركزي ومحطة لمعالجة المياه وتقنية الاتصال "واي-فاي" وخدمة التلفزيون المركزي.
وقال جمال عبد الله لوتاه، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إمداد": "نفخر بافتتاح مرفقنا السكني الجديد الذي تم بناؤه من أجل توفير بيئة سكنية متكاملة توفر لموظفينا تجربة السكن المنزلي. وتم تصميم المبنى الجديد المزود بتكنولوجيا عالية لتلبية احتياجات موظفينا والتأكيد على أنهم يحظون بالرعاية التامة. ونريد لموظفينا أن يكونوا في بيئة آمنة ومريحة وهو ما يتضح من خلال الخدمات التي تم توفيرها في المبنى سواء في مرحلة البناء الأولى أو التي سيتم توفيرها في المراحل اللاحقة أيضاً، ونحن واثقون من أنهم سيشعرون تماماً كما لو أنهم في منازلهم، مما سيزيد الإنتاجية ويعزز الكفاءة. ويؤكد مثل هذا المشروع الهام، على قيمتنا الأساسية وهي "الموظفين" والتي تركز على وضع رفاهية كادرنا الوظيفي كأحد أولوياتنا الرئيسية وكركيزة أساسية لنجاحنا كشركة".
وتم توفير محطة مركزية لغسيل الملابس لاستخدامات الموظفين، في حين يمكن الاستفادة من سطح المبنى لغسيل وتجفيف الملابس، ويشرف على السكن الجديد حراس أمن على مدار الساعة لضمان سلامة كافة المقيمين. وتم تجهيز المبنى، بما في ذلك مواقف السيارات، بنظام الدائرة التلفزيونية المغلقة والتي يتم التحكم بها من غرفة المشرف على المبنى في الطابق الأرضي. ومن المتوقع أن يكتمل العمل في الأعمال الإنشائية للمراحل الثانية والثالثة والرابعة من مساكن موظفي "إمداد" خلال الشهرين المقبلين.
