- Full year revenue of €3.1 billion, up +16%, and profit from operations up +10%, at €423 million
- Revenue in Payment & Identity at €1.8 billion, represents 58% of the total sales
- Platforms & Services revenue reaches €898 million, up +70%
- Free cash flow generation accelerated over the year, with €233 million in the second semester

Payment is now clearly the largest business of the Company; the Enterprise portfolio is aligned following SafeNet integration; Government Programs is back to rapid growth with a solid win rate; adjustments are supporting the SIM activity evolution; and the Machine-to-Machine business continues to expand rapidly. In a challenging 2015 Mobile environment, Gemalto demonstrated the resilience of its business model with another double digit expansion in profit from operations and strong cash generation. Entering the second part of our multi-year development plan we will focus in 2016 on expanding our gross margin, progressively optimizing our main segments’ performance en route to our 2017 objectives.”

دبي، 6 مارس 2016 - أعلنت جيمالتو Gemalto(المدرجة في بورصة “يورونكست” تحت الرمزNL0000400653 GTO)، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الأمن الرقمي عن نتائجها المالية لسنة 2015 بكاملها.
- بلغت إيرادات سنة 2015 بأكملها 3.1 مليار يورو، يزيادة تجاوزت 16%، وبأرباح ناتجة عن العمليات بنسبة تزيد على 10%، إذ وصلت إلى 423 مليون يورو
- بلغت إيرادات تقنيات الدفع والهوية 1.6 مليون يورو، وهو ما يمثل 58% من المبيعات الإجمالية
- وصلت إيرادات الخدمات والمنصات إلى 898 مليون يورو، وذلك بزيادة تفوق حدود 70%
- تسارعت وتيرة توليد التدفقات النقدية خلال عام 2015، مع تحقيق إيرادات بقيمة 233 مليون يورو في النصف الثاني من العام
وفي هذا الصدد، علق أوليفر بيو، الرئيس التنفيذي قائلاً: "تبين سنة 2015 التحول الهيكلي والتنويع الناجح للشركة. ويظهر بوضوح الآن أن تقنيات الدفع تشكل الإيرادات الأكبر لأعمال الشركة، وتتواءم محفظة المشاريع بعد الدمج مع "SafeNet"، وتعود البرامج الحكومية لتحقق نمواً سريعاً بمكاسب كبيرة، وتدعم التعديلات تطور أنشطة SIM، وتواصل إيرادات "الاتصال بين الأجهزة" توسعها بشكل سريع. وفي ظل الظروف المليئة بالتحديات لمشغلي شبكات الهواتف المحمولة في عام 2015، أثبتت جيمالتو مرونة في نموذج أعمالها، مع توسع في تحقيق أرباح تزيد على نسبة 10 بالمائة من العمليات والسيولة النقدية القوية. ومن خلال دخولنا إلى الجزء الثاني من الخطة التنموية لدينا، فإننا سنركز في سنة 2016 على توسيع هامش الربح لدينا، وتحقيق التحسن التدريجي في أداء قطاعاتنا الرئيسية، وذلك من أجل تحقيق أهدافنا التي نصبو إليها في عام 2017".
