Dubai-based security, facilities management and outsource services company’s revenue grows 34% in 2014-2015 financial year and surpasses 30,000 fulltime employees for first time
Dubai-based Transguard Group, a part of the Emirates Group, today released its annual report for the financial year ending 31st March 2015, which was a record year for the FM company, with two major milestones.
According to the report, Transguard Group generated revenue in excess of one billion dirhams (AED 1,031,538,929) a 34% increase over the previous year and profit of over AED 106 million, (AED 106,599,138). Another significant landmark for the company during the 2014/2015 financial year was that it surpassed 30,000 employees for the first time.
“The financial year 2014/2015 has been a record year for us and these results have been achieved by significant growth and development across all of our business units,” said Dr. Abdulla Al Hashimi, CEO, Transguard Group.
To underscore Transguard Group’s dominant position in the cash services market still further, it has developed a strategic partnership with NCR, one of the world’s largest ATM suppliers, which offers banks in the UAE complete end-to-end ATM management solutions and has also successfully launched Smart Cash Deposit Machines in partnership with security solutions company Gunnebo. Through these partnerships, Transguard Group now manages the cash in more than 80% of the U.A.E. automated teller machines (ATM) and over 60% of cash-in-transit (CIT) services.
The Manpower and Outsourced Services business is firmly established as one of the largest providers of outsourced workforces in the UAE. In the last financial year the business recorded revenue growth of over 90%, with a notable contribution from its specialist end-to-end professional recruitment and resourcing company, Transguard Themis. The Facilities Management team and Transguard’s hospitality business both achieved healthy growth of 40% and 17% respectively over last year.
Transguard Security Services also continues to grow, with the business now employing just over 5,000 personnel. During the last year the team introduced new service lines, including car park management, security consultancy and risk management services. It also played a key role in the deployment and ongoing operation of the explosive trace detection (ETD) screening system at Dubai International Airport.
“The services we provide to Emirates Group remain a major part of our business. Over the last year we have seen our business grow by more than 20% with over 6,000 personnel now deployed at Dubai International and Dubai World Central airports,” added Dr. Al Hashimi.
An important factor in Transguard Group’s success has been and will continue to be, its ongoing strategy to focus on the three areas of the business that it believes are intrinsic to its continued success: Customer Engagement; Delivery and Transformation. To that end the company has significantly bolstered its business development team, while the newly created CRM team concentrates on servicing and supporting existing business.
“In the coming year we forecast sustained healthy growth across all of our established markets, supported by substantial growth in Abu Dhabi and the introduction of a number of new business lines,” commented John Nolan, Managing Director, Transguard Group.
عائدات ترانسجارد تسجل مستوىَ قياسيا بلغ مليار درهم
اعلنت مجموعة ترانسجارد التابعة لمجموعة طيران الامارات اليوم والتي تتخذ من دبي مقرا لها عن تقريرها السنوي للعام المالي المنتهي في 31 مارس 2015 والذي كان عاما قياسيا للشركة المتخصصة في ادارة المرافق بإنجازين رئيسيين.
ووفقا للتقرير تجاوزت عائدات ترانسجارد حاجز المليار درهم (1,031,538,929) بارتفاع 34% مقابل الفترة نفسها من العام السابق وتجاوزت الارباح 106 ملايين درهم (106,599,138)، اما الانجاز القياسي الثاني للشركة في العام المالي 2014/ 2015 فقد تمثل في تجاوز عدد موظفيها 30,000 موظف للمرة الاولى.
وقال الدكتور عبدالله الهاشمي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة ترانسجارد ":كانت السنة المالية 2015/2014 سنة قياسية لمجموعة ترانسجارد ويسرني القول ان هذه النتائج تم تحقيقها بنمو وتطور لافتين في جميع وحدات الاعمال".
ولتأكيد الموقع القيادي الثابت للشركة في قطاع خدمات النقد فقد قامت بتطوير علاقة استراتيجية مع "ان سي آر" التي تعد واحدة من أكبر الموردين في العالم لأجهزة الصراف الآلي، والتي توفر للبنوك في الامارات العربية المتحدة بحلول متكاملة لإدارة أجهزة الصراف الآلي، والاطلاق الناجح للأجهزة الذكية للايداع النقدي بالشراكة مع شركة الحلول الامنية "غونيبو". ومن خلال هذه الشراكات، تدير مجموعة ترانسجارد الآن عمليات النقد في أكثر من 80% أجهزة الصراف الآلي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وأكثر من 60% من خدمات نقل النقد.
كما ترسخ بقوة نشاط خدمات القوة العاملة والتعهيد كواحد من اكبر موردي القوة العاملة المتعهدة في الامارات العربية المتحدة. ففي السنة المالية الماضية سجل هذا النشاط نموا في ايراداته بنسبة تجاوزت 90% مع مساهمة لافتة من شركة التعهيد والاستقطاب المهني التابعة لها "ترانسجارد ثيميس". وحقق فريق ادارة المرافق ونشاط ترانسجارد في قطاع الضيافة نموا صحيا بلغ 40% و 17% على التوالي العام الماضي.
كما واصلت ترانسجارد للخدمات الامنية تحقيق النمو حيث يبلغ عدد موظفي الشركة نحو 5000 موظف. وخلال العام الماضي أطلق الفريق خطوط خدمات جديدة تشمل ادارة مواقف السيارات، الاستشارات الامنية، وخدمات ادارة المخاطر. كما لعبت الشركة دورا رئيسيا في نشر والتشغيل المستمر لنظام مسح وكشف آثار المتفجرات في مطار دبي الدولي.
وقال الدكتور الهاشمي:" تبقى الخدمات التي نقدمها لمجموعة طيران الامارات جزءا رئيسيا من أنشطتنا، وخلال العام الماضي حقق النشاط نموا بأكثر من 20% مع وجود اكثر من 6000 موظف حاليا في مطار دبي الدولي ومطار آل مكتوم الدولي".
ومن احد العوامل المهمة التي اسهمت وستسهم في نجاح ترانسجارد هو تركيز استراتيجيتها على ثلاث ركائز في نشاطاتها الثلاث الرئيسية والتي نعتقد انها جوهرية في مواصلة نجاحها وهي: شراكة العميل، الوفاء بالخدمة والتحول. ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف قامت الشركة بتعزيز فريق تطوير الاعمال فيها بصورة لافتة فيما يركز فريق ادارة علاقات العملاء المشكل حديثا على خدمة ودعم النشاطات القائمة.
