New luxury townhouse community set for completion at Dubai Sports City

Fortuna Village will add 30 homes to the vast Victory Heights community and is set for handover to owners next summer.
Dubai, 29 November 2015: Dubai Sports City is set to complete its latest luxury villa complex in the Victory Heights community, allowing more families to take advantage of the state-of-the-art sporting facilities and amenities in the expanding lifestyle-community.
Fortuna Village, part of Dubai Sports City’s commitment to building landmark residential projects, will see 30 new 4-bedroom plus maid’s room villas added to the Victory Heights community, which navigates around the 18-hole Els Club Championship golf course.
Fortuna Village will be completed in March 2016 ahead of handover in June 2016, meaning owners will receive their keys ahead of schedule. No further units are available for sale in Fortuna Village.
Khalid Al Zarooni, President of Dubai Sports City, said: “To see Fortuna Village nearing completion ahead of schedule is wonderful and I can’t wait to welcome our new residents.
“We continue to ensure we are meeting the huge expectations we put on ourselves by delivering the very best in luxury and comfort. I strongly believe that for those moving into Fortuna Village next year, they will see a great change in lifestyle and feel fulfilled and happy the moment they open their front door for the first time.
“There is a great deal of competition in the Dubai property market so it is testament to the draw of Dubai Sports City and the quality of homes here that Fortuna Village is completely sold out ahead of completion.”
Fortuna Village is the eighth community to be launched at Victory Heights, adding 30 homes to the existing 961 villas and townhouses located there.
Project designers aimed to maximise living space, specification of fittings and luxury of finish to make the townhouses stand out from other developments. Based on a Spanish architectural style, the entire community will be landscaped with lush green areas, ensuring homes are afforded privacy and a degree of serenity.
In order to reduce environmental impact, stringent green compliance initiatives are being followed at every stage of construction, governing use of energy, water, air, materials, and environmental quality. Paints are fully non-toxic and have reflective properties, while solar power has been made an integral part of the power generation system.
The new addition to Dubai Sports City’s quickly expanding residential capacity is testament to the commitment of the development to deliver what it set out to do in 2004; create a city where families and young professionals can live, work and play. With a vast array of world-class sporting facilities, schools, retail and F&B options, Dubai Sports City is becoming the heartbeat of Dubai.
Dubai Sports City is continuing its mission to offer thousands of new residents a new home over the next three years and is set to launch two new developments in the coming months. The Canal area will welcome a new luxury apartment complex wrapping around the water’s edge, while Victory Heights will see its final luxury townhouse village complex.
