Demand for luxury car rental services in Dubai has increased by 15 per cent this year

Najd Rent-a-Car, one of the UAE’s leading automotive rental providers and a member of the Al Basel Group of Companies, has revealed that it has invested AED 5 million to further expand its operations in Dubai. The strategic expansion initiative follows after recent reports showing that the demand for luxury car services has grown by 15 per cent this year—widely attributing this vibrant growth to the emirate’s flourishing tourism segment. As Dubai continues to reinforce its position as a highly preferred tourism destination, the company has decided on upgrading its fleet in order to address the demand for car rentals in the emirate.
According to the company’s senior executives, Najd Rent-a-Car will be purchasing more than 15 new cars to add to its current fleet to reach 100 vehicles. The company will acquire new luxury branded vehicles like the Mercedes, Audi, Escalade and Range Rover and the latest BMW 740 (2016 model). To date, Najd Rent-a-Car’s fleet of vehicles has been valued at AED 25 million. Over the years, the company has reinforced its position as a leading provider of car rental services and is credited to being the first company to rent out world class luxury branded automobiles.
“These are truly exciting times for Dubai’s tourism segment as more and more tourists are coming to visit. In addition to this, plans are already underway for the hosting of Expo 2020. كشفت "نجد لتأجير السيارات"، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال تأجير السيارات في دولة الإمارات والعضو في مجموعة شركات الباسل، عن استثمارها 5 ملايين درهم لتوسيع عملياتها في دبي. وتأتي مبادرة التوسّع الاستراتيجية في أعقاب التقارير الأخيرة التي تشير إلى ارتفاع الطلب على خدمات تأجير السيارات الفارهة بنسبة 15% هذا العام، حيث يعزى هذا النمو الكبير إلى إزدهار قطاع السياحة في الإمارة. ومع مواصلة دبي لتعزيز مكانتها كوجهة سياحية مفضلة، قررت الشركة تحديث أسطولها من أجل مواكبة الطلب على خدمات استئجار السيارات في الإمارة.
ووفقاً لكبار التنفيذيين في "نجد لتأجير السيارات"، تعتزم الشركة شراء أكثر من 15 سيارة جديدة لإضافتها إلى أسطولها الحالي بحيث يصل تعداده إلى 100 سيارة. وستقوم الشركة بشراء سيارات فارهة جديدة من العلامات التجارية "مرسيدس" و"آودي" و"إسكالاد" و"رانج روفر"، بالإضافة إلى أحدث طراز من سيارة "بي. أم. دبليو 740" (موديل العام 2016). وتقدر قيمة أسطول سيارات شركة "نجد لتأجير السيارات" حتى هذا التاريخ 25 مليون درهم. وعززت الشركة على مرّ السنين من مكانتها كموفر رائد لخدمات تأجير السيارات، كما يعود إليها الفضل في كونها أول شركة تقوم بتأجير السيارات الفارهة ذات العلامات التجارية العالمية.
