Proven and Results Driven Industry Veteran Sabby Gill to Focus on Growth Opportunities in the EMEA and APAC Midsize Enterprise Software Markets
United Arab Emirates, October 6, 2015 -- Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, today announced the appointment of enterprise software industry veteran Sabby Gill as executive vice president, Epicor International, effective immediately. Focused on accelerating international growth for Epicor, Gill will oversee operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC), with responsibility for sales, professional services, and field marketing. He is based at the Company’s regional headquarters for EMEA in the United Kingdom and reports directly to Epicor President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Cowan.

Gill brings more than 20 years of management and industry experience to the company -- demonstrated success in managing and improving the customer experience, growing sales, increasing market share and aligning regional organizations for success at leading technology companies throughout his career. His primary focus will be on driving profitable growth and market expansion for Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Gill joins Epicor from leading end-to-end gaming company International Gaming Technology (IGT), where as senior vice president, international sales he was responsible for increased sales and market share in Latin America, EMEA and APAC. During his career, he has held executive management roles with a number of leading technology companies including HP, CA Technologies, Oracle, PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle), and Digital Equipment Company (DEC).

الإمارات، 6 أكتوبر 2015 - أعلنت "إبيكور سوفت وير كوربوريشن" (Epicor Software Corporation)، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال توفير حلول برمجيات الأعمال لشركات التصنيع والتوزيع والبيع بالتجزئة والخدمات، عن تعيينها في مجال البرمجيات المؤسسية سابي جيل نائباً للرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إبيكور انترناشيونال" (Epicor International) على أن يتسلم مهامه فوراً. وسيتولى جيل، الذي سيركز على تسريع نمو أعمال "إبيكور" على المستوى الدولي، عملية الإشراف على عمليات الشركة في كل من أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، مع توليه مسؤولية المبيعات والخدمات المتخصصة والتسويق الميداني. وسيباشر جيل أعماله من المقر الإقليمي للشركة لمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا الكائن في المملكة المتحدة، حيث سيرفع تقاريره مباشرة إلى رئيس شركة "إبيكور" ومديرها التنفيذي جو كوان.

وينضم جيل إلى شركة "إبيكور" قادماً من شركة الألعاب المتكاملة "إنترناشيونال غيمنغ تكنولوجي" (International Gaming Technology)، حيث شغل فيها منصب النائب الأول لرئيس المبيعات الدولية، إذ تولى مسؤولية زيادة حجم المبيعات والحصة السوقية في أمريكا اللاتينية وأوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ. وخلال مسيرته المهنية، تقلد جيل مناصب إدارية تنفيذية في عدد من شركات التكنولوجيا الرائدة مثل "إتش. بي" (HP) و شركة "كمبيوتر أسوشيتس تكنولوجيز" (CA Technologies) و"أوراكل" (Oracle) و"بيبل سوفت" (PeopleSoft)، التي تم الاستحواذ عليها من قبل "أوراكل"، بالإضافة إلى "ديجيتال إكويبمنت كومباني" (Digital Equipment Company).
