IP Global launches Platinum Club

12 July, Dubai, UAE – IP Global, the full-service property investment company, is delighted to announce the launch of its Platinum Club in the Middle East, as well as its first high-profile programme- partners.
The Middle East Platinum Club is made up of IP Global’s top regional clients who have repeatedly invested with the company. Members receive a number of privileges such as exclusive pre-launch access to some of the latest property investment opportunities. IP Global also offers members the opportunity to network with other notable investors. On top of this, all members are invited to bespoke corporate events that take place throughout the year.
David Miles, Senior Regional Marketing Manager, Europe, Middle East & Africa for IP Global commented: “We wanted to find a way to say ‘thank you’ to clients who continue to reinvest with us. In Dubai, there are a multitude of customer loyalty programmes which offer the usual kind of ‘reward scheme’ benefits. Our aim was to create something different – something new – and so we set out to create a series of ‘money can’t buy’ experiences.
We started speaking to like-minded companies who place the same level of importance on rewarding loyal clients, and the Club quickly started proving popular with some of the UAE’s biggest brands. High-profile partnerships have been formed with the likes of Gargash Enterprises, the authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer for Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates; FRHI Fairmont Hotels & Resorts which includes Fairmont Hotels, Raffles Hotels and Swissotel; and luxury concierge and lifestyle management company Quintessentially Lifestyle.”
The launch event itself was an 18 hole corporate pro-am golf day which took place at Emirates Golf Club earlier this year. Clients enjoyed the experience of playing alongside a UAE PGA Professional Golfer in each team, and were joined on the course by legendary ex-England cricket captain Geoffrey Boycott OBE. For the evening dinner and prize giving ceremony, Geoff was joined on stage by Dubai Eye presenter Tom Urquhart and regaled guests with stories from an international cricket career spanning a quarter of a Century.
There have been several Platinum Club events since then, the most recent of which entitled ‘Drive, Play and Stay’ took place last weekend of May. The format saw clients driving from Dubai to Al Hamra Golf Club in Ras Al Khaimah in luxury Mercedes SUV models, with a stop and overnight stay at the newly opened Fairmont Ajman Hotel.
Raki Phillips, Regional Director, Marketing, Middle East, Africa & India said: “We partnered with IP Global as we saw a mutual benefit to working with a company that also embraces the same brand attributes as the properties in our hospitality portfolio.
From a client relationship perspective, this just makes good business sense since we can leverage platforms in order to highlight bespoke programs and offers to a niche clientele base.”
Karl-Johan Sadesjo, General Manager, Gargash Enterprises said: “We have always partnered with like-minded brands that have similar characteristics of providing high-end privileges to customers in order to enhance brand loyalty. We take pride in being associated with IP Global and the opportunity to service their Platinum Club members.”
Caroline Hargreaves – Managing Director (Dubai), Quintessentially Lifestyle said: “Quintessentially Lifestyle has chosen to partner with IPG Platinum Club due to the synergy we share in respect of our target audience and cross marketing opportunities. Recognising that customer loyalty schemes are an effective method for both customer attraction and retention; we work with partners across different industries to create programmes and events in order to achieve this.”
