Newly established committee to launch initiatives aimed at increasing customer happiness
UAE, July 6, 2015 – Dubai Courts has announced the formation of a committee on Supreme Judicial Affairs, which will be headed by H.E. Expert/ Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of Dubai Courts. The move falls in line with Dubai Courts’ ongoing efforts to enhance court work, improve the speed and ease of litigation proceedings and enhance the accuracy and clarity of court orders—being at par with the objectives of Dubai Plan 2021. The jurisdiction of the newly established committee includes the review, examination and approval of new projects, proposals and initiatives that are related to the judicial sector. In addition, the committee will lead the efforts in adopting annual performance indicators and targets; assessing results and the proposal and implementation of corrective actions to improve the quality, efficiency and reliability of legal and judicial services, which is poised to help increase customer happiness and promote community welfare.
H.E. Expert/ Tarish Eid Al Mansouri explained that the Supreme Judicial Affairs Committee reflects Dubai Courts’ efforts to develop the judicial system and provide better legal services to the local community. He pointed out that this serves as a key step forward in launching new services that are aimed at being at pace with the fast-emerging developments in Dubai—all under the wise vision and directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai among the best cities of the world in delivering a high quality of life by 2021.
“The Supreme Judicial Affairs Committee will specialize in the study, development and adoption of valuable projects and initiatives, which are considered key cornerstones of excellence and leadership and a major requirement to meet the strategic directives of turning the UAE into one of the most innovative countries in the world. We are confident that this newly established committee will play a significant role in our ongoing efforts to develop legal and judicial services and make them 100 per cent smart by the end of 2015. This is poised to help save time and effort in completing legal and judicial transactions while also reducing the number of auditors,” concluded Al Mansouri.
Members of the Supreme Judicial Affairs Committee include Deputy Director General of Dubai Courts and the Heads of the Court of Cassation, the Court of Appeals, the Court of First Instance, Criminal Court, Personal Status Court, Real Estate Court, Civil Court, Labour Court and Commercial Court. In addition to its main tasks, the committee will also be responsible for the examination and referral of judiciary-related recommendations to relevant authorities--finding all means available to improve the judicial work at Dubai Courts, evaluate all requests from the judiciary and to take suitable decisions accordingly.

الإمارات، 6 يوليو، 2015 - كشفت "محاكم دبي" عن تشكيل "اللجنة العليا للشؤون القضائية" برئاسة سعادة الخبير طارش عيد المنصوري، مدير عام "محاكم دبي"، في خطوة تتماشى مع الجهود الرامية إلى تطوير عمل المحاكم وتعزيز سرعة وسهولة التقاضي ودقة ووضوح الأحكام، بما يصب في خدمة غايات "خطة دبي 2021". ويتمحور نطاق اختصاص اللجنة حول مراجعة ودراسة وإقرار المشاريع والمقترحات والمبادرات الجديدة المتعلقة بالقطاع القضائي، فضلاً عن اعتماد مؤشرات الأداء والمستهدفات السنوية وتقييم النتائج واقتراح وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية التي تسهم في تحسين جودة وكفاءة وموثوقية الخدمات القانونية والقضائية، بما يحقق سعادة المتعاملين ورفاهية المجت

وأوضح سعادة الخبيرطارش عيد المنصوري بأنّ "اللجنة العليا للشؤون القضائية" تجسد الجهود الدؤوبة التي تبذلها "محاكم دبي" في سبيل تطوير المنظومة القضائية وتوفير خدمات قانونية تخدم المجتمع المحلي، لافتاً إلى أنها خطوة هامة لإطلاق خدمات جديدة تواكب التطورّ المتسارع الذي تشهده إمارة دبي، تماشياً مع الرؤية الثاقبة والتوجيهات السديدة لسيدي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، في جعل دبي مدينة تضاهي الأفضل في العالم في جودة الحياة بحلول العام 2021."

وتضم اللجنة العليا للشؤون القضائية في "محاكم دبي" في عضويتها نائب مدير عام "محاكم دبي" ورؤساء محكمة التمييز، ومحكمة الإستئناف، والمحاكم الإبتدائية، والمحكمة الجزائية الإبتدائية، ومحكمة الأحوال الشخصية الإبتدائية، والمحكمة العقارية الإبتدائية، والمحكمة المدنية الإبتدائية، والمحكمة العمالية الإبتدائية والمحكمة التجارية الإبتدائية. وإلى جانب مهامها الرئيسية، تتولى اللجنة أيضاً مسؤولية دراسة ورفع التوصيات المتعلقة بشؤون الهيئة القضائية للجهات المعنية، وبحث كافة السبل المتاحة لتحسين ظروف العمل القضائي في "محاكم دبي" إلى جانب تقييم الطلبات المقدمة من الهيئة القضائية واتخاذ القرار المناسب بهذا الشأن.
