Abu Dhabi _ 21st of June, 2015: Emirates Classification Society “Tasneef” signed its second cooperation agreement with “Tawazun Dynamics” which provides various and continuous solutions that serve the high precision targeting ammunitions sector ranging from design to manufacturing through supply and maintenance.
The integrated logistical support provided by Tasneef to Tawazun Dynamics will help ensure the compatibility of Tawazun Dynamic’s products with the requirements of “Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Safety Center (OSHAD)”. In this occasion, Eng. Rashed AlHebsi, CEO of Tasneef said “this agreement aims to raise the level of national capacities and enable Tawazun Dynamics to receive the national accreditation of OSHAD through preparing an integrated system that provides safe and healthy work spaces and keep up with the plans and programs of comprehensive development in line with the best international standards”.
AlHebsi added “the first agreement between Tasneef and Tawazun Dynamics has been signed on 6th of August 2014, which aimed to raise the efficiency of security, quality and safety within specific sectors in Tawazun towards reaching compatibility with the requirements of OSHAD ; after Tasneef’s support for Tawazun Dynamics, it was able to successfully receive the center’s accreditation but, for this accreditation to be sustainable there was a need to sign the new agreement which can be considered an extension of the 2014 agreement”.
On his part, Eng. Suod AlHammadi, Defense Projects Manager at Tasneef said “this agreement aims to raise the efficiency of safety and security at Tawazun Dynamics. Tasneef considers this agreement as a national company supporting another national company to contribute towards providing a safer community through the implementation of an integrated system for occupational health and safety in workspaces which to be achieved through enacting the legal and legislative tools in the field of occupational health and safety and an active implementation of the requirements of capacity-building and promoting the concept of occupational health and safety”.
AlHammadi strongly praised the relationship and cooperation between companies and national institutions to support the process of development and national capacity-building. He also emphasized that Tasneef supports national arms through training and giving confidence and opportunities to them to highlight skills and build expertise. “Tasneef is ready to support and assist all authorities in all areas of consulting and technical and logistical support to continue the journey of success and leadership through ensuring the compatibility of the system’s specific requirements with the requirements of concerned authorities and the preparation and development of necessary plans to upgrade occupational systems in national institutions,” added AlHammadi
AlHebsi also confirmed that “this agreement also aims to review and adopt OSHAD’s systems in Tawazun Dynamics in accordance with the system’s requirements through controlling the process of implementing the system’s requirements by Tasneef via inspection and auditing as well as the adoption of plans and programs to reduce risk. The agreement also aims to develop and adopt system-related training programs to raise the capabilities of all occupational health and safety practitioners; the preparation, development and implementation of awareness programs relevant to occupational health and safety; the development of a strategic partnership between the two national institutions and provide all the information and official publications between Tasneef and Tawazun Dynamics”.
توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين "تصنيف" و "توازن داينامكس" بهدف رفع مستوى الأمن والسلامة
أبوظبي_ 21 يونيو 2015: وقَّعَتْ هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف "تصنيف" اتفاقيتها الثانية مع شركة "توازن داينامكس" التي تقوم بتوفير حلول عديدة ومتواصلة تخدم قطاع الذخائر ذات التوجيه فائق الدقة والتي تتراوح بين التصميم والتصنيع من خلال التوريد والصيانة.
وسوف يساعد الدعم اللوجستي المتكامل الذي ستقدمه هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف لشركة توازن داينامكس، على ضمان مطابقة منتجات "توازن داينامكس " لمتطلبات "مركز أبوظبي للبيئة والسلامة". وبهذه المناسبة، قال المهندس راشد الحبسي، الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الإمارات للتصنيف في معرض تعليقه على الاتفاقية "إنَّ الاتفاقية تهدف إلى رفع القدرات الوطنية وتمكين شركة "توازن داينامكس" من الحصول على الاعتماد الوطني من خلال مركز أبوظبي للبيئة والسلامة وذلك من عبر إعداد نظام متكامل يهدف إلى توفير أماكن عمل آمنه وصحية، ومواكبة خطط وبرامج التنمية الشاملة بما يتوافق مع أفضل المعايير الدولية".
وأضاف الحبسي "إنَّ الاتفاقية الأولى بين هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف وشركة توازن داينامكس والتي تم توقيعها في 6 أغسطس 2014، كانت تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الأمن والجودة والسلامة ضمن قطاعات محددة في "توازن" للوصول بتوازن إلى تلبية متطلبات مركز أبوظبي للبيئة والسلامة، وقد حصلت "توازن داينامكس" بعد دعم تصنيف لها على اعتماد المركز، إلاَّ أنَّ استمرارية هذا الاعتماد كان بحاجة لتوقيع الاتفاقية الجديدة وهي اتفاقية مكملة لاتفاقية 2014".
ومن جانبه، أوضح المهندس سعود حسين الحمادي، مدير المشاريع العسكرية لدى هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف قائلاً:"إنَّ هذه الاتفاقية تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الأمن والسلامة في شركة "توازن داينامكس"، وتعتبِر تصنيف هذه الاتفاقية بمثابة دعم شركة وطنية لشركة وطنية أخرى بما يحقق المساهمة في توفير مجتمع آمن من خلال تطبيق منظومة متكاملة للسلامة والصحة المهنية في أماكن العمل وذلك عبر تطبيق الأدوات القانونية والتشريعية في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية وتطبيق فاعل لمتطلبات بناء القدرات وتعزيز مفهوم السلامة".
وأشاد المهندس سعود حسين الحمادي مدير المشاريع العسكرية بقوة العلاقات والتعاون بين الشركات والمؤسسات الوطنية لدعم مسيره التطور وبناء الكادر الوطني. وقال "بأنَّ هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف تدعم السواعد الوطنية من خلال التدريب وإعطاء الثقة والفرص للسواعد الوطنية لإبراز المهارات وبناء الخبرات. وأكد استعداد "تصنيف" لدعم ومساندة جميع الجهات في جميع مجالات الاستشارات والدعم الفني واللوجِستي لاستمرار مسيره النجاح والوصول للريادة من خلال ضمان تكامل المتطلبات الخاصة بالنظام مع متطلبات الجهات المعنية وإعداد وتطوير الخطط اللازمة لتحديث نظم العمل في المؤسسات الوطنية".
كما أكد المهندس راشد الحبسي على "أنَّ الاتفاقية تهدف أيضاً إلى مراجعة واعتماد أنظمة مركز أبوظبي للبيئة والسلامة في "توازن داينامكس" وفقاً لمتطلبات النظام، وذلك من خلال الرقابة على عملية تطبيق متطلبات النظام من قبل هيئة الإمارات للتصنيف وذلك من خلال التفتيش والتدقيق، بالإضافة إلى اعتماد الخطط والبرامج للحد من المخاطر. كما تهدف الاتفاقية إلى وضع واعتماد برامج تدريبية خاصة بالنظام لرفع قدرات كافة ممارسي السلامة والصحة المهنية، وإعداد وتطوير وتنفيذ برامج التوعية ذات العلاقة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية، وتطوير الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين المؤسستين الوطنيتين، وتوفير كافة المعلومات والإصدارات الرسمية فيما بين تصنيف وتوازن داينامكس".
