Abu Dhabi, June 25th 2015 – Alpha Apps, the Abu Dhabi-based mobile apps developer, launched today the first mobile application that introduces children to “Sira”, the life story of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Using stunning high quality illustrations, and being of the most avalanched productions of applications developed in the region, "Sira" walks children through the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) from birth till the last pilgrimage. The mobile application was developed by a very professional team of programmers, artists, and audio experts, in addition to specialized educationalists, is meant to be the first of its kind with such quality.
The launch was planned in the holy of Ramadan, to provide the right opportunity for parents to introduce their children to "Sira" which focuses on the ethics of the prophet and the Islamic teachings that call for tolerance, mercy and moderation. Indeed, these teachings have to be conveyed to children in an artistic manner that reflects the technological advancement of the current generation, particularly given the fact that a huge portion of online content on Islam is not child-friendly.
""Sira" is available in both English and Arabic, and contains interactive features and children’s games. It aims at teaching these children about the life of the Prophet (PBUH) including landmark events in his life, such as his call for Islam, which reflects the tolerance of this religion and the ethics it promotes, as well as the foundations that the Prophet (PBUH) has helped build in order to create communities of good, work and ethics", said Saed Gorani, Chief Technical Officer of Alpha Apps.
In an effort to expand the reach of "Sira", Alpha Apps has also signed a partnership agreement with Almwajaha Worldwide, the global Islamic productions company, to promote the launch.

تطبيق "السيرة" أول تطبيق تفاعلي يروي السيرة النبوية للأطفال على الأجهزة الذكية

أطلقت شركة "ألفا آبس"، الشركة المتخصصة بنشر تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية في
أبوظبي، تطبيق "السيرة" اليوم، وهو أول تطبيق تفاعلي يروي للأطفال سيرة
النبي محمد عليه السلام على الأجهزة الذكية.
ويحكي
تطبيق "السيرة" من خلال رسوم كرتونية عالية الجودة، وإنتاج هو الأكثر
تطوراً بين التطبيقات التي تم تطويرها في المنطقة العربية،
قصة السيرة النبوية للنبي محمد عليه السلام، منذ ولادته حتى حجة الوداع.
وقد قام على تطوير التطبيق فريق عمل محترف من المبرمجين، والفنانين، وفنيي
الصوت، بالإضافة إلى خبراء تربويين، لتقديم تطبيق هو الأول من نوعه بهذا
المستوى. وسيتوفر التطبيق على متجر تطبيقات آبل،
ومتجر جوجل بلاي.
وتم
اختيار شهر رمضان لإطلاق "السيرة"، ليشكّل فرصةُ مناسبةً للأهل لتقديم
التطبيق لأطفالهم، إذ أن التطبيق يركّز على الأخلاق التي
تميّز بها النبي، وما تتضمنه تعاليم الدين الإسلامي من حض على السماحة
والرحمة والاعتدال. وهي التعاليم التي يجب أن تصل إلى الأطفال بطريقة جميلة
وتناسب التطور التقني الذي يعيشه الجيل الجديد، وخصوصاً في ظل عدم مناسبة
الكثير من المحتوى المتوفر عن الإسلام على الإنترنت
للأطفال. ويتوفر التطبيق باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية، بالإضافة إلى
احتوائه على ميزات تفاعلية وألعاب للطفل.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرّح المدير التقني في "ألفا آبس" سائد الغوراني: "يقدم
"السيرة" للأطفال محطات من تاريخ النبي ودعوته للإسلام، بما يعكس سماحة
الإسلام والأخلاق والقيم التي يدعو إليها، والأسس التي ساهم فيها النبي
لإرساء مجتمعات الخير والعمل والأخلاق. وسيتوفر التطبيق باللغتين العربية
والإنكليزية، لتضاف إليها لغات أخرى لاحقاً"
كما
قامت شركة "ألفا آبس"، بعقد اتفاقية شراكة مع شركة "أويكنينغ العالمية"
بخصوص ترويج لتطبيق "السيرة" بما يخلق فرصاً متعددة لتوسّع
وانتشار التطبيق".
