ExecuJet Middle East is pleased to confirm the announcement of the sale of ExecuJet Aviation Group (“EAG”) to Luxaviation, Europe’s leading business aviation group, based in Luxembourg.
EAG and Alpha Middle East Holdings Ltd have been the founding and ongoing shareholders of ExecuJet Middle East since 1999, covering the Middle East, North Africa, India, Turkey and surrounding countries.
The transaction will not affect the respective ownership or day-to-day operations of ExecuJet Middle East, as the company continues to pursue its expressed regional operations and growth strategy.

"إكزيكيوجت" الشرق الأوسط تُرحّب بانضمام مجموعة "إكزيكيوجت أفيشين غروب" إلى "لوكس أفيشين غروب"
يسر "إكزيكيوجت" الشرق الأوسط أن تؤكد صفقة بيع "إكزيكيوجت أفيشين غروب" ("EAG") إلى "لوكس أفيشين"، مجموعة طيران رجال الأعمال الرائدة في أوروبا ومقرها لكسمبورغ.
جدير بالذكر أن "EAG" و"ألفا ميدل إيست هولدنغز ليمتد" (Alpha Middle East Holdings Ltd) هما الشركتان المؤسستان لـ "إكزيكيوجت الشرق الأوسط" والمساهمتان فيها منذ عام 1999، علماً أن الشركة تباشر أعمالها في كل من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا والهند وتركيا والدول المحيطة.
هذا ولن تؤثر الصفقة على حصص الملكية في "إكزيكيوجت الشرق الأوسط" أو على عملياتها اليومية حيث ستواصل الشركة مزاولة أعمالها الإقليمية واستراتيجة نموها.
