Company appoints Agama Technologies for implementation of program
April 20, 2015 - Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Company, a leading IT and communications solution provider, has announced it has been selected by the Emirates Telecommunications Corporations (Etisalat), the UAE’s national telecommunication and broadband multimedia services provider, to provide a comprehensive video monitoring solution to analyze the quality of service and user experience.
Agama Technologies, provider of industry-leading expertise and solutions for video service quality assurance to TV operators worldwide, has been appointed by Al-Falak to build a monitoring system that can provide Etisalat with an end-to-end monitoring, auditing, analyzing and correlating events from primary head down to the end user devices such as set-top-boxes, smart phones, and tablets.

وقامت "الفلك" بتعيين شركة "أغاما تكنولوجيز" (Agama Technologies)، مزود الخدمات والحلول الرائدة لضمان جودة خدمة الفيديو لمشغلي خدمات البث التلفزيوني في جميع أنحاء العالم، من أجل بناء نظام مراقبة يمكنه تزويد شركة "اتصالات" بخدمات المراقبة المتكاملة وتحليل وربط الأحداث من قمة الهرم إلى أجهزة المستخدم النهائي مثل أجهزة الاستقبال الرقمي وأجهزة الهواتف المحمولة والأجهزة اللوحية.
