Conference Theme "Kick-Start Your Business” Designed to Inspire Growth
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, 27 April, 2015 -- Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations, recently announced it will be hosting its annual customer conferences in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) during April and May. The company expects to welcome more than 600 users to the conferences in Germany, UK, Sweden and the UAE. The EMEA events start off the company’s series of global Insights events that run through June 2015.
The Insight conferences bring together Epicor customers, partners, and industry and product experts to collaborate on best practices, plans, tactics, strategies, solutions and insights. With the theme ‘Kick-Start Your Business’ designed to inspire customers to accelerate the growth of their businesses, the events will be kicked off with keynote presentations by Epicor executives, including Epicor CEO Joe Cowan, as well as some of the most senior product marketing directors and vice presidents.
The keynotes will feature highlights from the latest version of the next-generation Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, as well as insight about the future of ERP and how ERP can deliver new levels of customer experience. Every event will feature presentations by current Epicor customers, highlighting how they are using the solution, what challenges they have met and what benefits they have realized.

The successful Epicor labs concept, where users can get hands-on with various Epicor applications, will be continued as short product specific sessions. These sessions have a limited number of participants and are held by Epicor product specialists and technical experts to help users get to grips with either specific features or with general concepts and processes that they would like to improve.
All of the Insights events feature a Solutions Pavilion where alliance partners exhibit their extended solutions, providing customers with a platform to find out more about the full range of software applications that are available to help them get the most out of their investment.

دبي، الامارات العربية المتحدة، 27 أبريل 2015 – تعتزم "إبيكور سوفت وير كوربوريشن"، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال توفير حلول برمجيات الأعمال لشركات التصنيع والتوزيع والبيع بالتجزئة والخدمات، مؤخراً عن أنها ستقيم سلسلة مؤتمراتها السنوية الخاصة بالعملاء في منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وذلك خلال شهري أبريل/نيسان الجاري ومايو/أيار المقبل. وتتوقع الشركة حضور أكثر من 600 مستخدم إلى هذه المؤتمرات التي ستقام في كل من ألمانيا والمملكة المتحدة والسّويد ودولة الإمارات، حيث تعتبر فعّاليّات الشركة بداية إنطلاق سلسلة مؤتمرات "إنسايتس" (Insights) العالمية والتي ستقام خلال شهر مايو/أيار المقبل.
وتجمع مؤتمرات "إنسايتس" عملاء وشركاء "إبيكور"، بالإضافة إلى خبراء القطاع والمنتجات لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات حول أفضل الممارسات والخطط والآليات والاستراتيجيات والحلول والرؤى. وستنطلق هذه الفعاليات، التي تحمل موضوع "بادر بتعزيز أعمالك" (Kick-Start Your Business) لتحفيز العملاء على تسريع نمو أعمالهم، مع مجموعة من العروض التقديمية الرئيسية التي يقدمها عدد من مديري شركة "إبيكور"، بمن فيهم الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة جو كوان، بالإضافة إلى بعض من كبار مديري تسويق المنتجات ونواب رؤساء الأقسام.
وسوف تسلط هذه العروض التقديمية الضوء على أبرز مميزات الجيل الجديد من برنامج "إبيكور لتخطيط موارد المؤسسات"، بالإضافة إلى إعطاء فكرة حول مستقبل حلول تخطيط موارد المؤسسات وكيف يمكن لها أن تحقق مستويات جديدة من تجربة العملاء. وستشتمل كل فعالية على عروض تقديمية لعملاء "إبيكور" الحاليين، الذين سيسلطون الضوء على كيفية إستخدامهم لحل تخطيط موارد المؤسسات ويستعرضون التحديات التي يواجهونها، وما هي الفوائد التي حققوها في هذا الإطار.

وتشتمل كافة مؤتمرات "إنسايتس" على جناح الحلول (Solutions Pavilion)، الذي يتيح للشركاء عرض حلولهم وتزويد العملاء بمنصة تتيح لهم معرفة المزيد حول المجموعة الكاملة للتطبيقات البرمجية المعدة لمساعدتهم من أجل الحصول على أقصى إستفادة لاستثماراتهم.
