Company holds annual dinner to reinforce employee relationships and to recognize outstanding contributions from staff
April 26, 2015 - Al Falak successfully organized its annual dinner party at Al Gusaibi Hotel. The annual event, which was attended by employees and senior management officials, is aimed at building and maintaining positive employee relationships while also investing in initiatives to develop and motivate employees- thereby resulting in enhanced levels of productivity, efficiency and functionality.
In his speech during the event, Ahmad Ashadawi, CEO & President, Al Falak, lauded the employees continued commitment to the company, “We are recognizing the efforts and contributions of 64 members of our staff during this ceremony. Among those awarded there are those who have been with the company for 30, 20, 15, 10, and 5 years. We also honored those with achievement awards. Our group now has five companies with a staff of over 7,500. Our success is the result of a strong partnership with all stakeholders, customers, vendors, resellers, bankers, government departments, chambers of commerce and above all, our valued staff, whom we recognize and honor at all times.”
The Al Falak President also reminded senior officials of the company to be committed in the move to manage the company’s workforce as those who do their jobs just because they have to will never be effective. However, he added, that if they come to work looking to enjoy themselves, looking to be stretched, challenged, inspired, and to get involved, then they have a big chance of getting the very best out of them. He also pushed the management to inspire teams, lead them, motivate them, challenge and get them emotionally involved to have a continuous success.
At the end of the ceremony, Ashadawi thanked all of the employees for helping the company consolidate its position as industry leaders in the region for the past 35 years, “Al Falak’s main goal of organizing this special event is to boost employee motivation and performance and address the challenges we face. We look forward to continue growing together.” He concluded.

26 أبريل 2015 - أقامت "الفلك" بنجاح حفل عشائها السنوي في فندق القصيبي بحضور موظفي وكبار مسؤولي الشركة. وتهدف هذه الفعالية السنوية إلى بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الموظفين والمحافظة عليها، إلى جانب الاستثمار في مبادرات تطوير وتحفيز هؤلاء الموظفين بما يؤدي إلى رفع مستويات إنتاجيتهم وكفاءتهم وقدراتهم الوظيفية.
وفي كلمته خلال حفل العشاء، أثنى أحمد الشدوي، الرئيس والمدير التنفيذي في شركة "الفلك للأجهزة الإلكترونية والتوريدات"، على الموظفين وتفانيهم المتواصل تجاه الشركة، حيث قال: "نقوم في هذا الحفل بتكريم جهود ومساهمات 64 موظفاً من موظفينا، وفي هذا الإطار أتقدم بالشكر لكل من ساهم في نجاح الشركة وخاصة ممن أمضوا 30 و20 و15 و10 و5 سنوات في العمل معنا. وتضم مجموعتنا حاليا خمس شركات وبكادر وظيفي يتجاوز 7.500 موظف. ويعتبر نجاحنا ثمرة للشراكة القوية مع مساهمينا وعملائنا وموزعينا وكذلك مع البنوك والدوائر الحكومية وغرف التجارة، وقبل كل هذا موظفينا الكرام الذين نحرص على تكريم جهودهم ومساهماتهم على الدوام".
كما ذكر رئيس الشركة كبار موظفيه بضرورة الالتزام بإدارة القوى العاملة في الشركة بالشكل الصحيح، معتبراً أن الموظفين الذين يقومون بعملهم لناحية أداء الواجب فحسب، لن يكونوا عناصر فعالة تسهم في دفع أعمال الشركة إلى الأمام، مضيفا أن الموظفين الطموحين الذين يعملون من أجل أن يثبتوا أنفسهم ويتغلبوا على التحديات التي تواجههم، ستكون لديهم فرصة أكبر ليقدموا أفضل ما لديهم. وحث الشدوي الإدارة أيضاً على تشجيع كوادر العمل وإرشادهم وتحفيزهم وإبراز روح التحدي لديهم والتقرب منهم من أجل تحقيق النجاح المستمر.
وفي ختام الحفل، شكر الشدوي كافة الموظفين على دورهم في تعزيز مكانة "الفلك" كشركة رائدة في المنطقة على مدى الخمسة والثلاثين عاماً الماضية. وأضاف: "إن الهدف الأساسي من وراء تنظيمنا لهذا الحفل الخاص هو زيادة تحفيز الموظفين والأداء والتصدي للتحديات التي نواجهها سعياً لمواصلة وتعزيز النمو معاً".
