Company posts 15 per cent growth for Deyaar

Al Basel Real Estate Brokers, a leading real estate brokerage firm and a member of the Al Basel Group of Companies, has been awarded a “Gold Award” for the second consecutive year by Deyaar, a leading local and regional real estate developer and real estate services company. The award, which was given last April 8, 2015 at the Deyaar Head Office, in recognition for Al Basel’s outstanding performance as one of Deyaar’s sales partners—resulting in a 15 per cent growth in 2014 for the developer. To date, the company has been very successful in leveraging Deyaar’s diverse portfolio of property projects, which includes the DIFC Central Park building, Miracle Gardens – Mont Rose and Atria – Business Bay.

حصلت "الباسل للوساطة العقارية"، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال وساطة المبيعات العقارية والعاملة تحت مظلة مجموعة شركات الباسل، على "جائزة الوسيط الذهبي الرائد للمبيعات" (Gold leading Producing Award) للسنة الثانية على التوالي من قبل "ديار"، إحدى شركات التطوير والخدمات العقارية الرائدة على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي. وتأتي هذه الجائزة، التي تم منحها لشركة "الباسل للوساطة العقارية" يوم 8 أبريل/نيسان الجاري في المكتب الرئيسي لشركة "ديار"، تقديراً للأداء المتميز لشركة "الباسل" كأحد شركاء المبيعات لشركة "ديار"، حيث أسهمت بنمو نسبته 15% في مبيعات الشركة خلال العام الماضي. وحققت "الباسل" حتى هذا التاريخ نجاحاً منقطع النظير في تسويق محفظة شركة "ديار" المتنوعة من المشاريع العقارية والتي تشتمل على مبنى "سنترال بارك" في مركز دبي المالي العالمي (DIFC Central Park)، و"ميراكل غاردنز" (Miracle Gardens) و"مون روز" (Mont Rose) و"أتريا" (Atria) والخليج التجاري.
