Company continues to widen its footprint as facility
serves a fast-growing market in the GCC

– Karcher, the world leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, has announced
the opening of the Karcher Centre along Salwa Road in Doha, Qatar – the latest
addition to the company’s growing portfolio of facilities across the Middle
East region.
Ambassador of the Federal
Republic of Germany to Qatar H.E. Mrs. Angelika Storz-Chakarji led the roster
of guests during the opening ceremony, which was also attended by
representatives from Karcher Middle East and Qatar Trading Company (QTC), as
well as key industry players.
“The centre is a pivotal platform
for the Qatar market. It provides users with professional cleaning
solutions and products, as well as access to a
dedicated after-sales service, repairs and maintenance. The Karcher Centre also
serves as a sales outlet and customer service for both our professional and
home and garden products,” said Richard Nouira, Managing Director of Karcher
Middle East.
The Qatar facility, which
is a joint undertaking with QTC, joins three other Karcher Centres located in
Dubai (UAE), Oman and Egypt. Nouira said the company plans to open a Karcher
Centre in Bahrain in the first quarter of 2015, while another is underway in
Kuwait and a second centre in Dubai is also in the pipeline, bringing
the total dedicated Karcher Centres in the region to eight.
“Karcher’s operations in
the Middle East have seen consistent growth over the past years as the cleaning
and hygiene industry gathers pace. We sold 13,280 machines in Qatar in
2014 and had 31,720 after-market spares and accessories,” the managing director
said.
In Qatar, Karcher posts
double-digit growth as its sales performance remains upbeat with the support of
QTC, which has developed a long-term partnership with Karcher.
“The business
relationship between QTC and Karcher has become even more solid as the years go
by. The Karcher Centre will be a flagship facility in the Qatari market,
reinforcing the combined strength of Karcher’s cleaning solutions and QTC’s market
knowledge to provide a best in class service to all customers,” said Tariq M. Al Shamlan, Managing Partner (DMD) of
Qatar Trading Company in Doha.

(دبي،1 فبراير 2015)- أعلنت شركة كارشر، الاسم الرائد عالمياً في حلول تكنولوجيا التنظيف، عن
افتتاح مركزها الجديد على امتداد شارع سلوى في الدوحة بقطر، لينضم إلى محفظتها المتنامية
من المنشآت الرائدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
وتصدّرت سعادة السيدة أنجيليكا شتورز شكرجي سفيرة جمهورية ألمانيا
الاتحادية في قطر قائمة المدعوين إلى حفل الافتتاح الذي حضره كذلك ممثلون عن كارشر
الشرق الأوسط وشركة قطر التجارية، إضافة إلى شخصيات بارزة في قطاع التنظيف.
وبهذه المناسبة قال السيد ريتشارد نويرا، المدير العام لشركة كارشر الشرق
الأوسط: "يعتبر هذا المركز منصة محورية للسوق القطرية. فهو يزوّد المستخدمين
بمنتجات وخدمات تنظيف متميزة، بالإضافة إلى قسم متخصص بخدمة ما بعد البيع والإصلاح
والصيانة. كما يوفر مركز كارشر خدمات مميزة للعملاء ويعتبر منفذ بيع رائد يضم
منتجات عالية الجودة للمنازل والحدائق."
وتعتبر المنشأة الجديدة التي تم افتتاحها في قطر مشروعاً مشتركاً مع شركة
قطر التجارية، وتنضم إلى ثلاثة مراكز أخرى تابعة لشركة كارشر في دبي بالإمارات العربية المتحدة وسلطنة عمان ومصر. وأعلن السيد
نويرا أن الشركة تعتزم افتتاح مركز لها في البحرين خلال الربع الأول من عام 2015،
في حين يجري الإعداد لافتتاح مركز آخر في الكويت. كما تشمل خطط الشركة إطلاق مركز
ثانٍ في دبي، ليبلغ عدد مراكزها ثمانية على امتداد الشرق الأوسط.
وأضاف المدير العام للشركة: "شهدت عمليات كارشر في الشرق الأوسط نمواً
مطرداً على مدى الأعوام الماضية مع تطور قطاع النظافة والتنظيف. وقد قمنا ببيع
13,280 منتجاً في قطر خلال عام 2014، بالإضافة إلى 31,720 قطعة غيار وأكسسوار."
وتشهد أنشطة كارشر في قطر نمواً كبيراً مع تزايد مبيعاتها بفضل الدعم الذي
توفره شركة قطر التجارية من خلال الشراكة طويلة الأمد التي أبرمتها مع كارشر.
من جهته قال السيد طارق الشملان، الشريك الإداري (نائب المدير العام) لشركة
