A new Jeep® adventure to promote tourism in Egypt Jeep supports Cairo Runners in Dahab

Cairo, February 12, 2015.
In an attempt to support domestic tourism in Egypt, Jeep® sponsored Cairo Runners in their run that was held in Dahab - Sinai from February 5-7, 2015. This initiative aims at sending an internal and external message that tourism and domestic trips are being held normally as planned and that they are not affected by the current situation and events occurring in the country.
Jeep chose to cooperate with Cairo Runners, as both entities share the same values and spirit that are depicted in their sense of excitement and adventure. The event program involved several activities, such as a 10 KM run with the best scenery in Dahab, riding camels from the Blue Hole to Abou Galoum natural protectorate, diving, snorkeling and other water sports.
It is worth mentioning that Jeep provided 4 Jeep Wrangler vehicles to support Cairo Runners by carrying individuals, organizers and supplies that were used during their run.  Jeep also helped transport participants to and from several destinations, which gave them a chance to experience Jeep Wrangler up closely and get to know its high capabilities that are incomparable to any other 4X4/ four wheel drive vehicles.
The partnership between Jeep and Cairo Runners is based on the values of freedom and originality that they both carry. These values are experienced through their activities that allow all members to enjoy life to the fullest as well as accentuate their feeling of belonging to the society, with common values and expertise.
